Danger?

*Ava's POV*

I heard Spencer run in the lair, yelling for Leo. I followed Donnie out of the lair, and we were soon joined by everyone else.

"Spence, what's wrong?" Leo asked frantically.

"What happened?" I asked.

Spencer took a minute to catch her breath. "Fong knows. Fong knows I betrayed the PD's. Shredder does too."

Katelyn shrunk close to Raph, and Jewel clenched her fists.

"Are we in danger?" I questioned Leo.

Leo pulled a frantic Spencer close to him. "I don't know. I honestly don't know."

"I'm so sorry you guys..." Spencer whispered.

"It isn't your fault Spencer," Donnie said.

"No one could have known they would find out," Jewel added.

"We won't let anything happen to any of you girls," Raph told her, being nice to her for once.

"Trust us," I reassured her. "Everything will be fine."

"No one will touch you... I swear it..." Leo whispered to Spencer.

Donnie took my hand and led me back into the lab.

"Donnie? Is the Shredder going to come after us?" I asked.

"I don't know, Ava," Donnie admitted. "We'll keep you safe though. I promise."

I nodded and sat at my lab station, reviewing my notes.

*Jewel's POV*

"Well if Shredder tries to come around here, I'll kick his face in," I said while playing video games with Mikey.

"I was totally gonna say the same thing!" Mikey exclaimed. "We're like, in sync or something!"

"I'll give that oversized tin can a reason to wear a mask!" I laughed.

"It'll definitely be fun to kick his butt!" Mikey agreed.

We put our controllers down and switched to the TV. I chowed down on chips while Mikey flicked through channels.

"What if Shredder isn't after you guys?" I asked.

"Jewel-"

"What if he's after me?"

"Jewel-"

"Or Katelyn?! Or-"

"Jewel!" Mikey shouted. "Princess, calm down! Everything will be fine!"

"But Mikey-!" I started.

"I won't let anyone hurt you," Mikey promised. "And if Raph has anything to say about it, no one will get within three feet of Katelyn."

I sighed a little. "Yeah... Yeah you're right. Sorry. I just kinda... panicked..."

"Don't apologize. Everyone is worried," Mikey assured me. "You have a right to panic. Believe me."

"Thanks, Mikey," I said with a smile.

"Of course!" He exclaimed. "Now what do you say we pick a movie and grab some pizza, huh?"

I smiled. "I would expect nothing less."

A/n: Ta da! I finally updated! Be prepared, because the next chapter, is the last! That's right fans, this book is coming to its end... sad, I know.
