Jin bit his nails while reading a book. He groaned and slammed it down. "I really don't think this is a good idea, Namjoon.""C'mon. They're lost souls and I hate Taehyung for being so mopey. If I go back to him saying that you're not letting him see her then he'll probably jump into traffic and kill himself."
"Good. I hate him for breaking her. I thought he was decent, but that changed."
Namjoon slapped his hand on the table. "Jin, please! You already said yes, why are you backing out?"
"Because she finally managed to get her mind off of that stupid kid! She found another friend now, she needs to focus on her future life. Not her past life."
"Jin. Don't be a stubborn bitch. Listen, I'm going to bring Taehyung and Jimin over at six. Just prepare her, okay? Make sure she doesn't pass out or bail out." Namjoon demanded.
Jin smacked Namjoon. "Get out. I hate you."
"See you later!" He mockingly waved.
He hesitantly knocked on the door. "Chullie? Are you busy?"
"No, come in."
Jin saw her back view bent over her desk. "Aish, turn on more lights or you'll end up with my bad vision."
"I like it dim though." She whined.
"I need to tell you something." Jin said.
"Yeah?"
Jin rubbed his face. "First of all, Sangchil, you know I care for you so much. We've literally almost spent our lives together. You're like my little sister but just not related by blood. I look out for you and make sure you're not in trouble. I want you to be happy so I—"
"Kim Seokjin cut the bullshit and tell me."
"Taehyung is coming over." he blurted.
Sangchil opened and closed her mouth. "No."
"What do you mean no? I didn't want him over either but Namjoon is bringing him. Besides, it'll be okay. I don't think he'll recognize you since you changed."
"Jin you can't do this! I don't want to see him again!"
"Again? When did you see him?"
Sangchil bit down. "Uhhhh on the bus? It was a long time ago."
"Yah, seriously?! How come you didn't tell me?"
"How come you didn't tell me he was in town?"
Jin pouted. "Fine we're even. Namjoon will be here around six." He got up and walked out.
Sangchil ran her hands around her hair. She pulled out the jar full of the small paper cranes. "Almost there..." She whispered to herself.
"Do I look okay? Smell my breath." Taehyung blew into Jimin's nose.
Jimin's nose crinkled in disgust. "For fuck's sake, use mouthwash dumbass." He rummaged through his bag and threw a small bottle of the liquid at him.
Taehyung put his white sweater overtop of his denim shirt. "Does this look okay? Should I wear my flannel instead?"
"Hey, blockhead. Let's get going. Who cares?" Jimin muttered angrily. "This isn't Seoul fashion week."
His hands couldn't stop shaking. "I don't think I can do it."
"You walk through that door or I swear, I will throw you out the window of the plane when we go back to Korea." Namjoon hissed.
Taehyung saw Jin first as he opened the door. Jin glared at him shortly before letting them in. "Come in. I made tea."
"Nice meeting you again, Jin."
"Taehyung." Jin curtly nodded.
Taehyung saw as a girl came into view from the hallway. He smiled and nodded at her. He then turned to Namjoon. "Are you sure Sangchil is here?"
Sangchil's chest hurt. He doesn't remember me. He... He can't recognize me?
Everyone's jaw dropped. Jimin went over and put his arm around Sangchil. "Tae, this is Sanghchil. Right here."
Taehyung felt the world flip. He just made a mistake. Right in front of the girl he loves.
