I married Josh.
My mother had dumped Rob and we were friends again.
She was now going to therapy to try and help her addiction.

Everything was perfect.

I stood at the top of the stairs and slowly walked down into Josh's living room.

I saw Tyler, Jenna and Josh sitting on the couch watching some dumb movie.
Josh made a joke and all of their laughter made my heart flutter.
I was happy because of them.
These 3 were my world.
I walked into the dark kitchen to make some popcorn.
Mufasa meowed at the loud popping noises.

I picked him up and the popcorn and walked into the living room. I sat in between Jenna and Josh, placing the popcorn on the table.
Mufasa made himself comfortable on Jenna and I.
Josh put his arm around me and kissed my cheek.

That night so long ago, I never thought I'd marry the stranger I fell asleep on in that dark train station.

At a quiet part of the movie I took a deep breath in and whispered "thankyou"
They all looked over at me.
"Thankyou? For what?" Tyler laughed.
"For keeping me alive. For flipping my life around."
I spoke.
Josh's grip tightened around me. I looked over at him and he smiled.
"You deserve to be happy." Josh said.
Jenna put her hand on my knee.

I grabbed her hand and admired both of the rings on our fingers.
Eventually everyone's attention was directed back to the TV.

I guess life really døes have a høpeful undertøne.
and it is wørth it tø stay alive.

I've been waiting so long to publish this chapter. Yes it's very short.
But that's the point.

I'm sorry this story took so long.
My friend that I based the character after. Has been getting more and more sick.
And her lungs are not very strong.
