Ashlynne's POV

I am sitting in the choir loft of the Church/chapel/doohickey (that's not what they called it on the invites, but it's too confusing to remember) and I'm watching the front, where Sam is pacing like an idiot, and the rest of the boys are doing some weird dance. It looks kinda like a breakdancing-disco type thing...

"Ash, is she here, yet?" Stella asked from her chair where she sat calmly with her guitar. She was back in the swing of her goth demeanor, showing no emotion. Which means on the inside, she's freaking out.

Speaking of freaking out, that's what I'm doing. Once the wedding is over, and I say goodbye to everyone at the reception, I'm leaving with Luke and Gwen for Juliard. My baby will have one pretty awesome life in New York. I looked out the window impatiently, and finally caught sight of my friend.

Emily looked gorgeous, with her white dress and her hair that was pulled up but a few stray strands were curled. With the radiant smile on her face, you almost couldn't see the scar.

It was probably really awkward for Bella because she was here as a vampire with the vampires. All the wolves were a little antsy, but they were hiding it pretty well.

As the flower girls, Renesmè, Claire, and Charlotte, pranced down the aisle throwing petals at people (no one had been able to convince them to throw them on the ground like a pathway), we, the band, started playing something a little less traditional than the Wedding March.

"Knew you were out there.

Just had to hold on.

I nearly gave up on loving,

My faith was almost gone.

But still I trusted,

And I believed.

Then you walked in my life

And you are here with me..."

While I sang the verse, the bridesmaids, Bella, Leah, Lilly, Kim, and Rachel, walked out on the arms of their husband/mate. When we got to the chorus, Emily walked in with all her glory.

"Now and for always,

I give you all of me.

Baby, you're loving

Is all I'll ever need.

And you've given my life a new meaning,

Lost completely in the feeling,

Nothing's better than just being with you.

Now and for always."

Sam was smiling so wide I thought he would break. The windows were open, and sunlight poured over everything, glazing the room with an amber glow. Daddy wheeled himself up the aisle. Dad was giving her away since her father couldn't be here with us.

The ceremony was beautiful. There was no dry eye in the entire room. Everyone had to laugh, though, when Sam started freaking out when the ring wouldn't go on Emily's finger. Although, I have no idea how he mixed up her ring finger and her thumb...

When Sam kissed her, the boys started getting rowdy, so we played the exit song. It was an original that I had hoped would be played at Seth and my wedding, but since that didn't seem like it was going to happen, I was gonna play it here.

"Are you sure, Ash?" Gwen asked quietly, so we wouldn't be caught on the mics.

"This IS your song," Russell pointed out. I just waved it off, burying myself in my mask so they couldn't see how much it actually broke my heart to sing my song for someone else.
