Not who you think

My alarm randomly went off, a sleepy and angry hand bashed it to shut up as I groaned. 'Who put my alarm on?' I thought as I sat up.
Don't tell me George did it as a prank... It was half 1 in the morning, outside was pitch black, guess the ghost lamps weren't on.
Once I got out of bed- or tried with my sleepy body- I heard a loud band from behind me. Startling me, and I jumped at least 3 feet, new record.
Of course, my bed was broken.
The door opened and I jumped once again. It was George, in his baggy, blue dog pajamas. I was wearing my grey pajamas.
'People are trying to sleep...' George grumbled rubbish his eyes under his glasses.
'So was I! Before my alarm randomly went off!' I mumbled, we didn't want to wake our leader. Or there would be hell to pay.
George yawned as he stared at me blankly. 'Probably because you was meant to set it 1:30 IN THE AFTERNOON!' George groaned again, louder but not too loud.
I looked down embarrassed. Of course...
'What was that noise anyway?' He asked looking at me like a eager dog for his food.
'No idea. Shocked me though.' I admit, George pulled up my mattress and sighed.
'Beds broken,' he said, my bed was made of wood, so it was only a matter of time, 'they've snapped in half. You can't sleep in there...'
I sighed annoyedly. Where now? The couch? No it isn't good to sleep on, naps not a full on sleep. Lockwood won't let me sleep in his bed.
'No.' I said, George shrugged as is I just read his mind. 'No way!'
'It's that or the couch.' He said, 'I don't like it as much as you don't, but we have to be wide awake before we go.'
That is true. We were planning to go on a small camping trip, dragging our stuff miles to a field. So if we don't get enough sleep, then we wouldn't die from Ghost-Touch... But our friend...
'Fine! But we don't speak of this, ever again!' I tell him and he agrees.

My room is small, so it has an excuse to be messy, Lockwood's is massive and OCD clean.
Georges? That's another matter. Books and files are all over his floor, clothes thrown everywhere and underwear on his lamp. I couldn't help but give an disgust face.
'Sorry about the mess. Been too busy trying to find out some things.' George said walking to his bed.
'O...Kay?' I said confused, I managed to get to his bed. When I lied down, it was actually quite comfortable.
He had a king sized bed with a blue cover. Yeah I think we know his favourite colour.
Even when he lied down it seemed to hold our weight.
'It's actually quite comfy.' I said, George laughed a bit before yawning.
'Yeah. Now go to sleep before your awake all night.' George whispered as he slowly fell asleep.
I was awake for a while, I couldn't help thinking what on earth I was doing with this guy. He was irritating, yet here I was, lying next to him on his bed.
When I looked at him, I couldn't help but smile. Even if he looked sloppy, he actually looked cute without his glasses. Different though.
I lied there for what seemed like forever trying to sleep, I just couldn't.
Not sure why.
I knocked something to the floor, it landed with a soft thud. It was a plushie. Looked sort of like a Visitor, Spector maybe.
Haha! George slept with a teddy!
I regretted ever sleeping with him then. His chubby arms rapped around me and brought me to his cushion of a body.
'Don't... Go...' George whispered in his sleep, I couldn't help but hug him back.
His body was like a marshmallow, not being rude, which I usually am. As soon as I closed my tired eyes, I fell fast asleep.
