Serena's Pov
Ash has been in the hospital for a few days now. Most of his injuries have healed, or are not so bad that he has to stay. The only reason the doctors are keeping him is because they are worried about his mind. He had a pretty severe concussion, and also he snapped on Calem pretty hard. Calem is going to be here awhile, Ash really did a number on him.
Christmas is tommorow, so I'm going to spend the night here. It took a lot of convincing, but my mom came around. We already exchanged presents before the incident, but that's not what we care about. It's more of the idea of us being together.
I haven't been to see Calem yet. It's a combination of me not wanting to see him, and also I don't think I could stand to see him like that. I may be mad at him now, but he used to be one of my closest friends.
Ash seems to be taking all of this pretty well, but if he's not out by New Years I'm sure he won't be happy.
Delia keeps trying to split me and Ash up. Not in the way of our relationship, I just think it bothers her when we touch. She refuses to leave the room, and won't let me lay in Ash's bed with him.
"Serena, please give Ash some room, the doctor said so." She would say to me.
"Mom it's fine." Ash replied, but I knew Delia already hated me so I didn't want to make things worse.
The visits from our other friends really help break up the monotony of the day. The tv only has a few channels, and Ash always has it on the battling channel.
I want to be friends with Delia, but she's making it so hard for me.
