It's Never a Good Bye (Sequal to Say You're just a friend)

[You woke up and see Austin is still asleep. He was on his side and his hand on top of your stomach. You place your hand on top of his and began to think of last night. When you told him that you were pregnant he was in shock at first, but then he ran up to you and hugged you. I guess you can say he was pretty excited. He's going to be a dad and I'm going to be a mom]

Austin: (raspy voice) Good morning baby.

You: Morning.

Austin: How you feeling?

You: Ok I guess, why?

Austin: Just checking.

[You sat up on the bed and Austin sat up too]

You: Austin, I'm scared.

Austin: Of what?

You: Being pregnant.

Austin: Why?

You: Ok first of all, I have another human being growing inside and giving birth oh my god...it's going to hurt so bad. I just know it.

Austin: Babe, it's going to be fine. In the end it will be worth it. We will get to see our son's precious face and when you hold him in your arms, you'll feel that bond.

You: Son?

Austin: Yeah son.

You: What if we have a daughter?

Austin: I know that she will turn out to be as perfect as her mother.

You: You and your way with words.

You: Oh gosh.

Austin: Enough to break the ice.

You: Still using that pick up line?

Austin: Only with you.

You: You better be.

Austin: I have to get ready for work, are you going to be ok by yourself?

You: Austin, I'm pregnant, not incapable.

Austin: I was just making sure.

You: Just go get your butt ready will you?

Austin: Fine, fine.

[Austin walks to the bathroom and closes the door. You pick up your phone and begin to call your best friend]

(Phone convo starts)

Best friend: Hello?

You: Hey!

Best friend: Whats up?

You: More like out.

Best friend: What do you mean?

You: I'm pregnant.

Best friend: AHHHHHHHHH! I'M GOING TO BE A GOD MOTHER! CONGRATS GIRLIE!

You: Trying to make me deaf or what?

Best friend: Sorry, sorry, sorry, aren't you excited?

You: I mean I guess, I really don't know what to feel. Austin  is super excited then there's me. I just kind of fake being happy.

[Austin open the bathroom door but closes it just enough where he can listen to your phone convo]

Best friend: Why would you say that? Is there something wrong?

You: No everything is perfect. I just...I don't know. I know Austin would make a great dad. I don't hate the baby if thats what you were thinking.
