Austin: Y/n wake up.
You: Five more minutes.
Austin: Come on, we're leaving to New York in a few hours.
You: What time is it?
Austin: It's 9.
You: We leave at 3 though.
Austin: I know, but if you wake up now maybe you can take care of some last minute errands.
You: Fine I'll get up.
Austin: Outta girl.
You: Can you hand me my robe?
Austin: Yeah I'll go get it.
[Austin walks over to a chair with your robe on it, he picks up and doesn't notice a piece of paper falling out of it]
Austin: Here.
You: Thanks. I'm going to go take a shower, I'll be down in a bit.
Austin: Alright, call if you need anything.
You: Ok.
[You walk into the bathroom and as Austin was about to leave the room something catches his attention in the corner of his eye. He walks over and sees a crumpled up piece of paper]
Austin: Things are not what they seem. What is this?
[Austin puts the note into his pocket and leaves the room. About 15 minutes later you come out of the shower]
You: Shot! I knew I forgot to call the cable company and tell them we're not going to be here for a few months.
[You reach for your phone and dial the cable company. After being put on hold you reach into your pocket and felt something missing]
You: No...
[You reach into your other pocket and it wasn't there]
You: No, no, no, no...it can't be gone!
[You begin to break out and start searching the room]
You: WHERE IS IT?!?!
Austin: Looking for this?
[Austin holds up a piece of paper]
You: Maybe.
Austin: Now tell me why you are so worried about a piece of paper with six words on it?
You: I'm not.
Austin: Oh so if I rip this up then you won't care.
You: Just give it to me.
Austin: No. Tell me why you want it?
You: Because.
Austin: That's not good enough.
You: I don't know why ok?
Austin: What do you mean you don't know?
You: I found it outside our house.
Austin: Was there anything else?
You: I found it in a box along with a picture.
Austin: What picture?
You: It's of us when we were teenagers and we were in New York when we took it.
Austin: Nothing else?
You: Nothing else.
Austin: Do you know what it means?
You: If I knew I would've told you by now.
