Ashton.
"Ash! Adley! We missed you guys!" Calum exclaimed as we entered the house.
"Hey guys," Adley chirped from beside me, giving everyone a hug.
"Are you ready for tonight?" Luke asked, clearly excited about the party that we were going to, though I wasn't sure why.
Last time we had gone to a party, it had ended badly for nearly everyone.
But, Adley and the rest of the group had insisted relentlessly that I come, despite not really being in the mood.
I'd been missing Harry and Lauren a lot lately after seeing those pictures.
I hid it well from Adley, not that she would have noticed though, because she had been a little...off.
I didn't know how to describe it, but she was on the phone more than normal, talking in a hushed voice when she thought I was asleep.
She was gone a lot more too, claiming that she was heading out to her studio to work on some new projects, but I knew better.
In the back of my mind, I knew she wouldn't cheat on me.
She wasn't like Olivia.
But, there was still that fear that even she was capable of doing something she said she never would.
After everything that went down with Olivia,I learned that the people you love the most are the ones who hurt you the worst.
But, she was there with me then, so I was going to take what I could get.
"So where exactly is this party?" I asked, looking to Michael for an answer.
He had his arms wrapped around Luke, resting his chin on his shoulder.
They'd finally started dating a few days prior, but from the looks of it you would have thought they'd been a couple for much, much longer.
They skipped right over the awkward 'firsts' stage, and went right into doing everything as if it was a routine.
"Um," he said, looking to Adley for help.
"I'm not really sure, we just heard someone talking about an open invitation party," she chimed in.
Everything about the night had been weird.
No one was dressed in their usual party attire, Adley only having on jeans and a floral shirt, when she would usually be clad in a tight black dress.
And, no one seemed to be too sure about what this party was actually going to be likr.
But, it was too late to back out, so I went along with it, no matter how strange it all seemed.
"Guys, we better get going," Adley urged, practically shoving everyone out the door and into the car.
The ride was filled with small talk, but it felt forced.
I felt like everyone knew something that I didn't, and I was just praying that it wasn't anything that would mess up my relationship with Adley.
When the car finally stopped, we were not at a house at all, but rather... and airport?
"What are we doing here?" I asked, my voice thick with confusion.
"Just wait a second, I think we're lost," Calum groaned.
"Let's ask those people over there," Adley suggested, pointing to a taller girl standing beside a younger boy.
"They look too young to know their way around here," I pointed out.
