Guys i'm starting a new story.

Just Because. I know there's a lot of this already out there, but it's a common story Idea and honestly, It's kind of cliche on this website.

But i'm going to do it anyway.

It's two in the morning and yet I can't bring myself to fall asleep. there was only a couple more days until Paulmer Greggory, our soon-to-be-alpha, would turn 17 and become the alpha of our pack.

It's also the day he'd find his mate. I smiled. Even though the chance was slight, I secretly wished he'd end up as my mate.

I have had a huge crush on Paulmer since he saved my life 6 years ago. After that i'd done everything to try and get his attention. Some things I couldn't change if I wanted to though. 

I was a nerd, not the skinniest girl around, I lived with my father so my style was lacking and I believed glasses made me look smarter. 

I touched my face and sighed. I didn't think I was that ugly, but Paulmer's friends always treated me like I crap. Nothing more than something to entertain them. Paulmer never involved himself, and he never laughed. 

So voila, a crush was born.

Closing my eyes I finally tried to drift off to sleep. Tomorrow i'd go to school and finally talk to him. Then i'd go to the Bonfire and pray i'm his mate. 

If we ended up together, would we make a cute couple? An alpha and omega. Rare, but not impossible. My great grandma was mated with her alpha and she was thrd in command as well.

I would take over when i'm 18, along with Demetre, our beta. I had a good feeling that tomorrow would change my life forever. It's be the start of something new.

I finally drifted off to sleep. Dreaming of a fairty tale life with Paulmer Greggory.

It raining. I frown. I thought today was going to be a good day. Whatever. Rain or no rain, today would be amazing.

I dressed up to the best of my abilities, brushed my teeth and ran downstairs. 

"Woah, what's the rush darling?" I looked over to see my papa sitting at the dining table sippin' hot cocoa while reading the paper. 

"It's the 17th papa." I smiled at him and he kindly returned it. My papa was such a touch looking softy. Intimidating? Yes. Dangerous? Not a bone in his body. He knew about my little crush on Paulmer, he just didn't know why.

"Bye papa! I'll see you after school."

"Love you darling." I slipped out the door and welcomed the new day. Hopping into my car I started it and pulled out of my driveway.

Getting to school I pulled into my normal parking spot and started walking to school. But I accidentally tripped on my way and it wasn't until people started laughing that I realized it wasn't my fault. Demetre had tripped me. I looked up to see some of my pack laughing. Except Paulmer. He just stared at me.

The group started to walk away. Paulmer followed but stopped when he stood right next to me.

"Get up, omega."His voice was so deep and rich. I could fall asleep to that voice. I sighed but stood up anyway. My pants were soaked but at this point in my life I knew fretting over it wasn't going to make the problem go away.
