"Somethings feels really, really wrong."
I tried taking deep breaths as I spoke aloud, my feet dragging through the water unlike how they were supposed to. Everything was heavy, and the stars almost acted alarmed. I looked around, spotting red eyes off in the distance.
"Someone had a little too much fun last night."
"Oh, thank god." I whirled around, expecting to see the girl behind me, but instead I saw someone else. The color drained from my face as I came eye to eye with Ronin. I became angry.
"I think that's the first time I've ever heard you thankful for my presence." He chuckled.
"No, no, no, NO!" I screamed at him. "Get out! This is my mind, you can't come in here and ruin my life from the inside out!"
"Now, that doesn't sound like a bad idea." Ronin shoved his hands in his pockets. "But uh, I just wanted to let you know that you probably didn't see me at the party last night. You though, everyone saw you."
"What does it matter." I snarled. "It's my life."
"Well, don't blame me if a certain someone ends up dead now because of you."
"Don't you ever talk about him like that." I felt myself shake uncontrollably. "Don't you ever speak about him like that or I swear to god I'll rip out your throat with my bare hands."
"Don't you mean my heart?"

I snapped upright, taking a deep breath full of rage and fear. Instantly I regretted my actions when a skull-splitting headache ensued, causing me to quietly squeak in pain. As my eyes came back into focus I began to realize I wasn't where I thought I would be. There were no coral colored walls around me, instead they were old wood, and I wasn't in sweats and a tank top either: I was completely naked.
"Oh...god..." I breathed, looking to the side. There was a boy there, his arm wrapped around my stomach as he began to blink himself awake. Ryker looked just as disheveled and confused as I did.
"What the f-"
"We need to get out of here." I groaned quietly, catching his attention. His eyes widened to the size of saucers.
"Holy shit...did we...?"
"Yeah, not sure if you regret it or not, but I don't." I stood up, only to immediately squeeze my head between my hands. "Agh!"
"Hey, are you okay?" He jumped up, placing his hands on my shoulders.
"I'll be fine." I bit my lip, holding back tears. I could still feel the rage spiking in my veins and I knew it wasn't safe to be around him. I'm not safe here, I'm out of bounds. "We need to leave, like as soon as possible."
"Well, there's people passed out on the ground outside, so I don't think we really need to bail before the cops show up." He chuckled.
"That's not why we need to leave." I said as I pulled my sweater over my head. He seemed to get my drift and picked up his clothes, getting dressed just as quickly as I was. I snagged my heels and leapt from the house, glad it wasn't too high off of the ground.
We took to the side yard instead of the house, running out front to see numerous cars still here and trashed. Luckily the Mustang was uninjured, and we jumped in, breathing a sigh of relief before taking to the roads. I pulled out my phone, not at all surprised to see some missed calls from Nox. I was getting ready to call him back when I felt a sudden wrench in my stomach and pinned my hand over my mouth.
