Mai's back was facing the window, her hair was a tangled mess and is wearing a straight jacket and was looking up at crease of the walls and ceiling. "It looks like she's staring at something." Monk stated
"But the question is. What is she looking at?" Asked John quizzically Dr. Edgar pushed a yellow button and spoke Ito the speaker
"Mai. Mai sweetie can you come to the window please." Mai stood up and slowly turned to the window. She saw her old family but it didn't faze her. She just simply didn't care that they were here. They didn't weren't there for her when she needed them. To say that they were shocked was a small understatement, they were in denial that this was Mai. Their Mai.
"You don't need them." A voice played in Mai's ear. "They abandoned you. They left you." It said. Mai calls this it the Phantom because it would say dark things that's come from a deep part of her mind. She got used to it saying things to her and she listened to those things it told her. Out of no where the lights in Mai's room flickered. Mai backed up away from the window and what happened shocked everyone even more, and made the gang scared for Mai's life. There right behind Mai was a dark human ghost like entity that stared at the people on the other side of the window. It had its hands on Mai's shoulders giving the gang and Mai's Doctor a sinister smile. It's red eyes glowed dimly like they were telling all of them that Mai was no longer the Mai they knew. That Mai was the phantoms Mai. Just then it whispered in her ear. The lights flickered again and the phantom was gone and so was Mai.
