Chapter 3

They wanted to force me to stay in the hospital for a few more days before agreeing to dispatch me, but I refused and threatened to escape if they don't let me leave. My entire body felt so light after feeling the sun shining down onto my skin. I had a talk to Captain Pike and made him return my weapons, I felt insecure when I don't have them near me. They were the only thing that was brought with me from my home.

"Leona, it's good to see you somewhere outside the hospital." Captain Pike commented as I made my way towards the car "but are you sure you're okay coming out this early?"

"I don't like hospitals," I said bluntly.

"Come, we need to hurry or we will miss the ship that will take us to the base." He urged me into the car

The car ride was more of Captain Pike filling me in on what I can do and I can't do during my stay on the enterprise. It was a lot to remember but I have to do it. I will get revenge no matter what, whoever was on the enemy ship will regret touching my planet and my people.

"Leona? Are you feeling okay?" Captain's voice filed into my ears

"Yes, I'm perfectly fine."

"You just look a bit pale and your eyes have been staring at the exact same spot for the last 10 minutes."

"I was just thinking, don't mind me."

"If you say so." He looked worried "Anyway, up for questions?"

"What is it?"

"Does the people in Ailos have around the same body structure as us humans?"

"Yes, it's just that they have feline ears and tails of different feline species, but the royal families are the only breed that is connected directly our ancestors."

"So does that mean that other than the royal families, the rest are all half-blood?"

"Well, yes, from what I know that there was no other pureblood that I know of...well, from what princess Ari had told me. The closest to purebloods were, for example, 99% of a specific race 1% of another. Do you understand?"

"I understand, is there any that is half Ailos and half human." He bombarded me with questions, I was getting tired

"Yes there is, but it's not common. Not rare but also not common."

"Thank you for the information." He gave me a nod as I stare down onto my hands

"It's part of the deal anyway." For revenge, I do not mind giving up anything, I have nothing to lose anyway.

"We're here, let's go." He threw the car door open and climbed out

I followed him out and stared at the ships and people walking around. It's so busy and so many species walking around.

"Leona! Let's go!" Captain yelled as he disappeared behind a small ship's door

I followed him up and found that we are in the cockpit, he is flying this?! I saw a small door with a window on and looked past it, there were other passengers as well, they are also wearing colored shirts, and I assume that there are colors for ranking.

"Does the color mean the ranking for each person?"

"Yes, gold uniforms are command and helm personnel, red uniforms are engineering, operational and security, and blue uniforms are science and medical." He explained as I looked around, it was mostly red and blue, I don't see any hold except for pike.

"Do I have to wear one of those?"

"You don't have to, but I suggest you should just in case people would think you snuck up on board and it saves less trouble to explain."

"What color?"

"Pardon?"

"What color do I have to wear?"

"Oh...Um, since you had mentioned that you had been trained to fight and defend before so I suppose you can take the red."

"Whatever." I looked out the window again and spotted someone "What's Kirk doing here?!"

"Well, since I managed to convince the head that you don't need a bodyguard, Kirk will enroll as the candidate of the Starfleet Academy as well. You might see each other but I suggest you stay in your room instead of staying out late at night, there was a rumor that people know that you were frozen in ice, so it would be safer if anybody within the civilian may get some bad ideas."

"I don't have to study or something?" I pondered, how boring would it be to stay in a room for that long

"Sadly you have to study, now sit down and buckle up." He ordered

"Roger." I nodded as I sat down onto the chair next to the door and buckled myself in

"This is Captain Pike. We've been cleared to take-off." He spoke through the mike and began to turn on the engine

Well, this is going to be fun. I can learn more about the universe and if I'm bored of the room I can always go around and look at the academy, I just need to be more careful that's all. When I get off this plane, I am so going to take a long hot shower and a bubble bath

"Oh, by the way, you will have to tell me a bit more information right when we landed so I can wrap it up and handed it straight for the database."

Well, there goes my bubble bath.
