Hello everyone, finally updating after so long. New changes, the story is now in third person 'cause first person can be a pain. Hope that's okay

---------

Jimin was restless. He stopped counting the amount of times he kept checking his phone for any missed calls or text messages from either Taehyung and Yoongi. For three days, both of them didn't speak to him. Occasionally Taehyung and him would make eye contact, and a tiny smile would appear on his beautiful features but they never said a word. Sitting down on their table in science class was even more awkward, they always worked in silence, writing down everything Ms. Kim wrote on the board or had on the projector screen. No greetings or 'how are yous' were said. Jimin would glance timidly at them, careful not to catch Yoongi's indignant eyes.

By the fourth day, they had to work together for a group work that had to be handed in before the end of the lesson. Debating on starting up any conversation between them, Jimin stayed quiet, staring at his notes like they were the most interesting thing in the world. Just like Jimin, the other two kept to themselves. Taehyung was in his own world spinning a blue pen on the table, said pen almost poking him in the eye when he spun it around too fast as he was eye level to the table. A soft 'ow' was heard, making Jimin lookup and ask if he was okay. Taehyung reassuring him that he was fine as he joked around telling Jimin how he was almost about to become Captain Kim Taehyung, making the latter burst out laughing.

That seemed to break the ice between them, but only the two of them. Even though Taehyung was never as angry as Yoongi was with Jimin, he still wasn't happy to earn that big fat zero they got for their project. One they worked hard on and Jimin himself promising to put together the separate parts they each did their research on. The thought of Jimin leaving them hanging did crossed their minds when their group was called to the front of the room to present and he was nowhere to be seen, so it was only fair for them to be even more disappointed when he turned up to class late and find out he didn't have all the notes with him. It was honestly out of character for Jimin to be so disorganized.

Yoongi on the other hand wasn't as forgiving. He eyed the two youngsters but never engaged in their conversation, only when it had to do with their classwork, and yet even then it was once in awhile. Instead, he opted to write down his ideas on his notebook to hand it to Taehyung. Said male taking it after giving Yoongi a pointed look. He knew the older male would never give in so quickly but at this point he was being a stubborn little kid.

Jimin tried to ignore the pain he felt in his chest when his hyung didn't spare him one look. Even worse when Yoongi handed Taehyung his notebook with all his notes as if talking to Jimin or even Jimin hearing his voice was an abomination.

He didn't think of it much in class or so to say, he tried not to. There was barely any time left. The classwork had to be done before the period ended and this time around Jimin was determined to redeem himself as much as he could.

It wasn't until he was in the dance studio with Hoseok that friday after their dance practice ended that he kept thinking of the event in his science class. The many thoughts that were running through his head nonstop were probably showing on his face since Hoseok was sitting down in front of him, concern written all over his face. He was waiting for Jimin to notice his presence, resting his chin on Jimin's knees as said male was crouching against the wall, legs pulled up to his chest, completely consumed by his thoughts. Hoseok could tell that the younger male had a lot on his mind lately. During the entire lesson today, he kept messing up and not following instructions correctly.

Just when he thought that things were getting better after that long dreadful week when Jimin couldn't participate because of his bad ankle, and not only that but the younger was always lost in thought and wincing every now and then, none coming from his ankle since he was always sitting down to the side in the studio. It had Hoseok wondering if perhaps he was badly hurt anywhere else aside from his ankle. He pretended not to notice how tired and hurt the shorter male looked.
