Why do you turn away from me, Lord?
Can't you hear my cry?
Can't you hear my plea?
Why does it seem like you don't care anymore?
After all the pain that this world has brought me, you still leave me hanging.
How many times have I called your name but still no answer?
How many times have I waited?
Why wouldn't you answer me, Lord?
Why?

I know the reason behind your silence. I know I was wrong. I did not do the right thing even when you were there and you were trying to help me change my profane habits. I am not worthy of you.
You must hate me right now. For I have been a very sinful man.
I lied, I cheated, I hated my neighbors, cursed my enemies and turned a deaf ear when you were in the midst of calling me. You wanted me to change but my heart was so hateful and prideful. I ignored you. I let you down.
I disregarded you first and this is my punishment.
I wish I could turn back time and change all the wrong things that I've done. I hope and pray that it's not too late to come back to you, Lord...
I am extremely suffering. Everyday is a torment. This vexation is choking me.
Will you answer me now, Lord? Now that I humbled myself to you?
Heal me, Lord. Heal my broken heart. I can't do this alone...
I need you.

MESSAGE:
You cannot handle every thing on your own. However, the Lord will always have a way of disciplining his children (Proverbs 3:11-12 & Proverbs 15:5).
So humble yourself unto the Lord and He might give you the answers to your troubled heart.
