"Does anyone know if Maya's coming?" Farkle asked, worried.
"She hasn't been answering my texts." Riley said.
"She wouldn't talk to me." Zay said.
Everyone sat in an uncomfortable silence.
"So.. Are we going to study or something?" Zay said, wanting to break the silence.
"No, but something is definitely wrong. I need to help." Riley said.
"I'm going to get her." Lucas said, determined.
"I'm going with you." Riley said clinging onto Lucas's arm.
"No. This is something I have to do alone."
Lucas said, brushing Riley off.
Lucas exited quickly.
