"I.. I-"

Suddenly, the rest run in.

"Maya! We were worried sick!" Riley said as she ran to Lucas' side. "How did you find her Lukey?"

"Um, luck?" Lucas said.

"I'd take more than luck for you to find her." Zay said.

"How'd you find us, then?" Lucas asked.

"Riley followed you." Farkle stated.

"Riley, I told you not to follow me!" Lucas said.

In all their bickering and explaining, Maya snuck away.

"Hey, where's Maya?" Farkle asked.

"I told her to meet us at Topangas." Lucas said convincingly. "I'll meet y'all there."

The group walked off, bickering and chatting like normal.
Lucas saw Maya leave, so he knew which direction she ran off to. He ran after her.
