"How are we supposed to make invitations when we don't even know the gender yet?" I sighed and looked down at my stomach.
"I don't know," Jane said. "May I?" she asked and I nodded and touched my stomach.
"Izzy. I think there are two in there," she said feeling kicks.
"What?!" I said shocked.
"Yeah," She said looking down then brought her ear down to my stomach. "Two heart beats," she whispered shocked. "IZZY!!!" she squealed. "You're having twins," She said.
"Twins?!" I coughed. "Okay, take me to the doctors. I need to see this for myself," I said in complete shock, not believing her. No. No way.
She giggled. "Demetri, you two are having twins," Jane giggled.
Demetri looked shocked.
"I don't believe it. Please can we get an ultrasound. I need to have this confirmed. I mean. Please. Before we make invitations or anything. I just need to," I looked down.
"Of course," Demetri said scooping me up in his arms, he started walking out and he took me to the emergency department.
He smiled and I leaned on him and they called us back an OB-GYN came in with an ultrasound machine. "Has anything been the matter?" she asked.
"No... I just needed to know. I mean. I bought pregnancy tests and they all came out positive. And I'm scared," I looked down truthfully. "I'm only sixteen."
She nodded and wrote down a few notes. "I'm going to do a full exam then," she said and had me lay down. She started the ultrasound machine and started looking. "Twins," she said looking at it. "Their heart rate is faster than normal though, it may be due to the stress. I would like to keep you here for the baby observations though. Just to make sure their heart rates go back to normal," she said with a smile. "Too early to tell gender, we can make an appointment though with a your regular OB-GYN to see the genders. Now I want you to relax and I'll be back in thirty minutes to see if anything has changed," she said. "Its nice to meet you Izzy and Demetri," she said and left the room.
I nodded and smiled looking down. My heart was racing. Twins, how can I handle twins. Marcus said Bella nearly died with one child but a sixteen year old having two.
"Izzy, everything will be alright," he whispered and sat on the bed and pulled me close.
"I'm scared," I whispered.
He sighed. "I know," he kissed my head.
I sighed and closed my eyes.
"Their heart rates will be fast. They are a hybrid," he whispered quietly.
I sighed. "What do we do?" I asked.
"Leave now."
"We have to be discharged," I looked at him.
He sighed and looked down.

Thirty minutes later the Doctor came in again and did another ultrasound, checking for the fetal heartbeat. "Still fast," she commented.
"Maybe their heart rates are going to be fast?" Demetri mentioned.
She sighed unsure.
"Okay, if you feel any pains, or vaginal bleeding I want you to come back immediately," She said. "And I requested a schedule. The OB-GYN department should be calling you in a few days," she said.
I nodded, "Thank you," I smiled and got up out of bed as Demetri took me home.

"Soooo," Jane said waiting anxiously.
"Twins," I sighed.
She squealed.
I sighed and closed my eyes sitting on my bed looking down at my stomach. Seeing a small baby bump. "What if they kill me?" I whispered.
"Izzy," Demetri tensed up.
"What. Marcus told me about what happened to Bella. She almost died. Just with one. And I'm in the same situation but worse. I am younger. And I'm having two," I said shakily.
"Izzy, you aren't going to die. I don't let that happen. It's not going to happen. Please don't talk about that," he sighed hugging me tight.
"What if I die Demetri?" I asked.
"You won't," he kissed my head.
"If I do," I had tears in my eyes, obviously scared.
"I won't be able to live with myself," he looked down.
"Lets not think about it," Jane said. "Let's talk about baby shower," she said.
I sighed tensing up and leaned against Demetri, who held me close and protectively. "Okay," I nodded.
"Want to pick out the theme? Games? Good old stuff," she smiled.
"No," I sighed.
"Too bad," she said. "Measure the belly," she said.
I looked at her as if she was crazy.
"Oh my god Jane. No," I said. "Just no," I said.
"Please, It will be fun," she said.
I sighed, "Whatever," I muttered.
She smiled and started writing down the information.

I looked at it and sighed, "Who is all coming?"
"Everyone," she said.
She smiled happily and then I groaned.
"Now lets fill out 100 of these and Ill put all the names on them," Jane said.
"I'm tired. Being pregnant is making me tired," I whined.
"You can't even give me that Izzy, you are barely pregnant," she laughed.
"I have two vampire human hybrid babies inside my stomach! You tell me it's not tiring," I said as I yawned.
She laughed. "You're what. One day pregnant! Gee Izzy," Jane laughed.
"Hey stop harassing the pregnant lady," Demetri said patting my back, a huge grin across his face. He looked as if he was about to laugh.
"Whatever," Jane laughed and smiled handing me a stack of papers.
"I'm gonna take a nap. Demetri, Why don't you fill them out while I sleep," I smirked.
He groaned. "Anything for you dear," he said and kissed my head.
I chuckled.
"Have fun you two," I smirked and laid down on the bed and watched them write while I slowly drifted off into a slumber.
