I looked up at him quite confused. "You want to mate?"

He laughed hard for a moment and tried to pull himself together. "No," he laughs. "You are my mate. You are the one and only one for me. You are the perfect person for me. You are the sun to my moon, the stars to my sky. You're my soul mate," he said grabbing my hands.

I blushed a bright red as he said all those things.

He smiled, "You are so beautiful," he said, his hand on my cheek.

"Is that why you are so protective over me? Why I feel so safe around you? Why I trust you? Why I want to be around you?"

He nodded, "Yes, that explains everything," he said smiling pulling me close.

I nodded and smiled moving close to him. "I wont let anyone ever hurt you I promise," he said.

"I'm only 11.." I looked down.

"You will grow older and into it..." he said biting his lip. "I.. But you cant tell Aro.. we cant tell Aro, As of know we are just super best buds," he said and moved my hair out of my face.

"Super best buds," I nodded and smiled hugging him. "I love you Demetri," I hugged him tightly.

He chuckled a but smiling. "I love you too hun," he said and smiled holding me then sighed. "This conversation never happened," he sighs.

I nodded and sighed.

"Are you hungry?" he asked.

I shook my head.

"You haven't eaten in a day...  come on," he said and scooped be up bridal style and headed out of the room. I giggled a bit, my mood clearly boosted from him. Demetri really did make me happy and he didn't even have to do anything. All he had to do was be around me.

He sighed and looked down at me smiling, "What are you looking at?" he asked.

"Nothing.. I'm just thinking," I said looking up at him.

He smiled, "What are you thinking about,"

'You,' I thought, "Nothing," I blushed.

He laughed a bit and brought me to a kitchen. "Well, this is the kitchen. We will stock it... you tell us... we will get it..." he said and smiled.

"Do you have pop tarts?" I asked my eyes lighting up.

"What is with you and pop tarts? Didn't you ask about pop tarts the other day?" he said.

I nodded. "Yeah, I like them. They are good... I like the cinnamon ones," I giggled.

He shook his head and looked through the cupboard, "You're in luck," he said and smirked handing them to me. 

I took out four and put them in the toaster.

He looked at me, "Are you sure you can eat four?" he asked.

I nodded and laughed. "I can go through a box a day if my mom would let me," I smirked.

He shook his head, "You will get sick!!" he said.

"Nope," I rolled my eyes.

He sighs and I grabbed a napkin and put them on a napkin "HOT!!!" I yelled and dropped them on the counter.

He laughed and grabbed a plate putting them on a plate. "Use a plate," he said smiling.

I chuckled a bit and nodded and started eating one. Then I went over to the fridge and got out some orange juice and searched the cupboards once again for a cup. Finally I found one and poured myself a glass of OJ.

He watched me clearly entertained. "Okay I'm good," I smiled.

He nodded and smiled and placed a hand on my back as we walked back to my room.

Demetri's phone went off he sighed looking at it answering. "Hey, Izzy is okay I promise..." pause, "You cant," there was yelling through the other side of the phone, "Please calm down... trust me she is safe with me... I wont let Aro or anyone else harm her," he paused, "Please Lillian.... I need you to calm down, she is okay," he sighs. There was more yelling then Demetri looked extremely panicked. "Please don't do that unless you want to end up dead... Aro will send someone to kill you..." he said.

"Let me talk to her..." I said realizing it was my mom.

Demetri shook his head. There were loud cries from the other side of the phone. Demetri then sighs, "Please trust me that I will keep her safe," then hung up.

I looked down sadly. 

"Izzy," Demetri sighs. 

I shook my head moving away from him.

He sighs and his phone goes off again, then he sighs. "Felix will watch you for awhile...." he said and looked down.

"NO!!!" I let out a high shrill, dropping my food, breathing heavily. "No!!" I cried closing my eyes backing away from him. 

"Baby, I don't have a choice... He's your other guard..." he said.

"No..." I cried moving away my body instantly shaking crying, completely terrified of Felix even if he didn't to anything to me. The dream was too real.

"Izzy.." he sighs coming for me. I instantly turned around and started running panicking.

Within a blink of an eye Demetri was in front of me grabbing me picking me up.

"Shhhh, baby girl, please calm down," he said kissing my head.

My body shaking. "No I don't want him near me... he hurt me," I cried hard.

He sighs holding my close as I held onto his shirt hiding my head. "He... he is your other guard... I cant..." he said kissing my head.

"No!!!" I let out a high shrill, a vase on a table near by shattering.

"Izzy, baby calm down," he said speeding into my room sitting me onto the couch holding me close. "Baby breathe in and out," he said holding me close and protectively.

"I wont go near him!!" I shrilled.

He sighed and just held me and ran his fingers through my hair.

He took out his phone and called Aro. "Not Felix... She wont let him... have Alec come... please," he sighs. "Okay... thank you Aro," he said and hung up.

"Alec is coming to watch you," he said in my ear.

He held me for a bit as I cried until Alec came knocking on the door. "How long will you be gone?" I asked.

Demetri sighed. "Two days tops," he sighs and kissed my forehead "Come in," he said.

Alec walked in and sighs. "What happened?" He asked seeing me crying.

"She's scared Alec, please be gentle... don't let Felix near her," he sighed.

Alec nodded.

"Goodbye Princess, I'll see you in a few days," he said and kissed my head again.

I hugged him tightly. He smiled a bit then walked out the door. I looked down sadly and sat back down on the couch.
