I woke up in a light room. Wincing a bit as my head was killing me. "My head," I whimpered as I tried to sit up.
"Shhh," a guy said. Wait. Where am I. Looking around, I realized that I wasn't at home in bed. This wasn't a dream. Oh god. I was kidnapped by some... monsters that wanted to eat me. Some... some... some vampires.
"What's going on? Where am I?" I asked sitting up, my head still pounding.
"Hey its okay," Marcus said to me. I tried to move off the bed but I realized that my hand was handcuffed to the bed.
"Where am I?!?! Where's my mom. Let me go," I whined holding onto the chain pulling at it trying to get away.
"Hey. Calm down. They aren't going to let you go if you act like this. Now calm down," he said to me calmly grabbing my free hand.
I started to shake crying. "Please I wanna go home. I want my mommy," I said and winced as my head still hurt.
He sighs and held onto my hand sighing. "I know. Just calm down. Please Aro wont let you go home. I'm sorry he isn't going to. You know too much. Just please," he said and sighed and hugged me tightly.
"B-b-but," I whispered tears in my eyes. "Please you have to let me go home," I begged holding onto him as well as I could with one arm. Then I pulled at the handcuff as hard as I could. "LET ME GO!!!" I screamed crying.
"Shhh," Marcus said pulling me onto his lap breaking the chain holding me close. "Shhh, breathe," he said holding me protectively.
"Let me go home please sir... please," I cried looking up at him, my small body shaking against him.
"It's not up to me dear Izzy," he sighs and held me tightly.
I cried as I heard the door open. "Marcus? Why is she free?" Aro sighs.
"She was scared. I had to calm her sir, I'm sorry. I'll put her back if you want," he sighs as if he had no control. I clung onto him as tight as I could not wanting to be chained back up.
Aro sighs. "Has she tried to escape?" he asks.
"No sir," Marcus responded.
"Let her go for now. Izzy dear... come walk with me. I want to talk to you," Aro said.
Honestly, I didn't want to leave Marcus. All the others wanted to kill me. They all did. Marcus was the only one who wanted to help. How could I leave.
"Go with him," Marcus whispered in my ear.
"I-I'm scared," I whispered.
He sighs, "I know, but if you don't he will surely kill you, now listen to every word he says. Don't fight him. Don't Argue. What ever you do. Don't say no," he whispered in my ear quietly and lowly. Then he kissed my head worriedly.
I nodded, tears in my eyes. And slowly moved off of Marcus's lap and went over and Aro grabbed my hand. Going blank for a few moments and I noticed Marcus shake his head. I was confused but ignored it, letting it drop.
"Lets go," he said and pulled me out of the room.
He led me down a hall and up a bit spiral staircase.
I followed willingly looking down. "Please dont hurt me," I said once we got to the top.
"I wont if you listen," he sighs and pulled me out onto a balcony that had a view of over the city.
I gasped. It was just beautiful. "Wow," I said smiling. Looking over and sighed my eyes instantly going over to where our apartment home was. Then I looked down sadness in my eyes. Mom was probably at home worrying. The police over, questioning her. Stupid me. Why did I let go of her hand.
