Undated, 2013

I've been wondering about where you've been
Your presence is a haunting mist in the confines of my subconscious
And I feel like a hidden part of me has awaken
Ever since you've left
You fooled me into thinking that I could've been yours
But look, how the time flies
And how distance changes everything
Like a tide untied to a an everblue shore
It's been so many days since the dust has settled on the leather bound pages of this memorabilia that I call home
And I've been waiting for days past for a miracle to light through the darkened pages of mindless ramble
And now that you're gone
It feels freeing; absolutely and utterly blissful
Maybe you'll see me one day
When I'm feeling low and blue
But for now
I'm proud to call myself single
Of mind, matter and body
Goodbye,
Delirium.

yours truly,
