I couldn't sleep properly thinking about last night. Every time I closed my eyes I saw him covered in blood. I gave up trying to sleep at 8:30am and went to check on Kyle. When I walked into his room he was fast asleep. I watched him as he slept wondering how his own brother could hate him for weather or not he likes guys? It was stupid. I walked down the hall and went into the living room. I sat on the couch and flicked through some channels.

When I woke up I rolled over too find an empty bed. Where was Lexi? I sat up and looked around the room, she was no where to be seen. Then the thought had crossed my mind what if Lexi had went home? I jumped up and ran out the room I looked in the kitchen and all the bedrooms until I found her in the living room. She was lying on the couch watching some silly TV show. "Morning" I said making her jump. "God Mark! You gave me a heart attack!" she said clutching her heart, I chuckled at her and sat down. "So what you watching?" "Nothing" she said switching off the TV. "I'm bored, entertain me" she said pouting "pweaassseee". "Sure" I laughed "What do you want to do?", "Well its Sunday so nothing to outrageous" she said rubbing her chin "Oh I no! Lets go get ice cream!". She looked so cute when she was excited. "Sure" I chuckled. We both got ready and pulled on our jackets on. "Ready?" she asked "Ready".
We both walked down the street and took a bus into town where we found a little ice cream store just down the road. It was small and cute, it looked like a shop from the 6O's. "What would you like?" asked the worker. He was tall with brown hair and blue eyes and he was checking out Lexi. I felt my stomach go weird. "Hmm... Ill take strawberry" she said smiling. He scooped up a pink swirl of ice cream and gave it to her slowly. "Something sweet for a sweet girl like yourself" he said giving her a flirty smile, she smiled back taking a lick of her ice cream. Anger bubbled up inside me, why would she smile at him like that? She would never be into someone like him anyway. I took my chocolate ice cream and we sat down, as she smiled at me all my anger washed away. Soon we were having a fun time laughing and joking around. I liked being with her she was fun to be around.
When we got back to the flat I helped her cook dinner. We somehow ended up on the floor laughing covered in potato pealing's. What was this feeling I was getting around her? Did I like Lexi? Oh no... why did I have to fall for my roommate?
