Lexi's P.O.V

I walked into the living room and handed out the cups of tea and mince pies, I sat down next to Mark on the couch and smiled st him. I looked around at my new family, Kyle sat beside me sipping his tea while reading his comic with Logan. Jordan sat in the corner leaning agaisnt a pillow taking sips of his "tea", we all knew he added beer but we didnt bother giving him into trouble. Lucas put the finishing touches onto the tree making the small room look cosy and warm.

I looked up at Mark and smiled at him as i recived a kiss on my nose. I wanted to freeze time, I loved this feeling. The feeling of having a family that actuly cared about you. They may not be perfect or rich but they were real and they wanted me, just like i wanted them.

A tear slid down my cheek, "Hey? Whats wrong?" asked Mark wiping away the droplet of water, "Nothing, Im just finally happy" i whispered smiling. Mark smiled at me and brought me into a hug. "I love you" he whispered into my hair, "I love you too".

I was home.

Kyles P.O.V

I felt arms wrap around me and everything felt lighter. "Shh!" whispered a voice beside me, I rubbed my eyes but failed to open them. I heard the sound of a door creak open then i felt a warm fabric under me. "Night Kyle" whispered a voice above me, I felt a hand on my cheek. I lay limp on the bed letting the night take hold off me. "Night Lexi" I whispered smiling.

Mark's P.O.V

I closed the door behind me trying not to make any noise. Lexi pulled back the covers and jumped into bed and sighed. I laughed at her and snuggled in beside her. I ran my fingers through her hair making her smile, i knew she loved it when i did this. We both sat there soaking up each others presence, It was amazing. "Mark" whisered Lexi, "Yes?". "Look at the clock" she said, I turned to look at the little beside clock, it was 11:59pm.

The clock turned midnight, "Merry christmas Lexi".
