Kyle's P.O.V
I woke up to the sound of Lexi humming to Christmas songs, I smiled as I got up from the bed. The smell of bacon wafted up my nose as I walked down the hall and into the kitchen, when I walked in there was lights and decorations everywhere making the small flat look like Santa's grotto, it was every kids dream! Including mine.
I sat down at the table and smiled at Lexi as she said good morning and placed a bacon roll onto my plate. I picked it up with both hands and took a huge bite covering my taste buds in butter and bacon, my mouth watered, by the 5th bite I was done.
I burped as I wiped my mouth, Lexi laughed at me, "Well you were hungry" she said smiling. I nodded eagerly, I was happy for multiple reasons. One: Logan was once again my fun big brother, two: I had a full stomach and three: It was Christmas eve!
"So what are we doing today?" I asked Lexi as she washed my plate, "Don't know up to use" she answered. "What's up to us?" asked mark as he walked into the room. He picked up a piece of bacon and popped It in his mouth smiling, "Great as always" he whispered taking a hold of her waist and kissing her cheek. She giggled and smiled at him as she popped another piece of bacon into his mouth. It was sweet but sickening at the same time. I coughed trying to break the uncomfortable kissing noises, they turned around and went bright red. " So are you to together now or...?" I asked them as Mark sat down with his bacon roll, his cheeks went pink but he smiled and nodded. It was glad they were together it was the way it should be.
Lucas walked in with his hair sticking up and his boxers rumpled, "Give us some of that will ya" he asked Lexi as he sat down. Lexi gave him a roll and bacon with a cup of coffee to wake him up, he yawned as he bit into his bacon. "So..." I asked "What are we doing today?", Lucas looked up tiredly and smiled at me, "I was thinking we could go to the carnival" said lexi as she placed another bacon roll in front of me.
My smiled spreaded wide at the mention of carnival, it meant rides, candy floss and roller costars. "Carnival?" asked Mark, "Yeah the Christmas one, me and my family used to go every year" she said smiling, but her smile soon faded at the mention of her family. "Ok then the carnival it is!" I said trying to distract her.
She didn't like talking about her family.
