Lindsay's Point Of View

Zayn was worrying me.  I heard him mention my name over the phone various times, and I didn't mean to eavesdrop, but he was defending me. Of course Perrie didn't like me. The only time we actually met, I went off on her for flirting with Zayn. It's funny how things turn out.

Maybe I should call her later, clear things up between us. If she knew that I was never going to try anything with him, maybe she would loosen up on the reins with Zayn. He seemed to be her puppet. Looking over at him, he looked very stressed just staring out the window.

The car haulted to a stop and I looked out at the familar restaurant. It was the restaurant Brian took me to when he came to my office to talk to me. Where I forgive him. Time flies by and I couldn't be happier.

The boys were oblivious to where we were, probably thinking that we were at a red stop light. I opened my door and clutched my coat to my body, while hopping out and waiting for everyone to come out as well. Zayn was the first to get out, and he waited by my side for the rest of the slow boys.

Once everyone was settled and the car drove off, we walked in and I took my jacket off gratefully and placed it on a coat rack being greeted by the warm aroma around me. The restaurant's name was Park Avenue Spring. The theme and name changed when the season did, and my favorite time was going in the spring. They always had the best desserts at this time.

"How many?"

"Six," I said, matter-o-factly.

The young waiter grabbed six menus and motioned for us to follow him. He led us to a back table where we would be offered privacy. The lights were dimly litted everywhere, making the whole scenery fall into place. Dark wooden tables and seats scattered around the floor. (Picture of restaraunt to the side)

Sitting down, Alex, our waiter, immediately left and came back with a bottle of wine. The name was Beaulieu Vinyard, something I always got here. I watched Alex as he poured the liquid into the wine glasses, the boys looking confused for they hadn't ordered this.

"Same as always, Lindsay?"

I nodded excitedly,"Yes, six please. Thank you, Alex!" He scurried off to place our orders and I took a small sip of the sweet wine. It was made in 1986, and it was a classic here. Probably the most expensive wine here, but I never cared. It was delicious.

"I'm guessing you've been here more than you have to the theatre."

I glared over at Zayn who was seated next to me. Liam sat on his other side. Across from us sat Harry, Louis, and Niall who was infront of me,"Possibly." I bit on my lip, supressing giggles.

"What did you even order us?" Niall asked.

Shrugging my shoulders, I placed a napkin onto my lap,"Does it matter? It's still food."

He seemed to agree with me because he dropped the topic. Zayn moved a little beside me and brought his phone out of his pocket.

"Zayn, really? At the table?" Liam's voice had some edge to it, and I leaned up farther to send him a glare that shut him up quickly.

Zayn turned to me with pleading eyes, and I got out of my seat so he could go take the call privately. Once sitting back into my seat, Liam grasped my attention.

"Do you know who was calling him?"

I nodded carefully, looking behind me to make sure Zayn was nowhere in sight,"It was Perrie. She's been giving him a hard time lately for hanging out with me. I hate seeing him like this. He's been on edge about this, and I feel bad whenever he defends me."
