Class was half over and Mrs. Shelbie stopped the class for a second. "Ok class let's take a few minute break" she said.

The Kids in my class got up and began to stretch and walk around the room, as for me, I just laid against the wall with my arms crossed and my eyes closed, I was trying to relax after what happened.

I laid there thinking when I felt the cabinets I was laying against shake a little. I look a little to find Noah laying against the wall. "Sup" he said.

I grunted once. "Calming down a bit?" he said.

I shrugged still laying against the cabinets. "Hey listen...I'm sorry about everything that I have done... I never knew that... you go through so much..."

I still laid there on the cabinets with my eyes closed. "Hey listen... How about we forget about everything and just... you know... get along..."

I gave Noah a look as he rose his hand for a shake. I then looked at his hand and back at him.

I then sighed and shook his hand. "Cool" he said as he walked off.

"See you around!"

A few classes later school was over and after trying to explain everything to the rest of the teachers I was ready to go home and relax and I just realized. How was I going to explain all this to my mom?!

We were finally dropped off at the house, some kids staring out the bus window as it drove off. Clover decided to join and try to explain everything with Jake and Amy. I had somewhat of a... bland expression on my face, and they gang could tell I was nervous. Jake didn't even bother to lift his head up, he just stood there looking slightly at the pavement of the drive way. "Don't be afraid Zack" said Amy.

"we'll be here with you the entire time" said Clover.

I slowly looked at Jake but he still stood there looking down at the driveway snuggling his plush. He gave somewhat of a depressed look. I looked back at the house still having that bland expression and I slowly began walking toward the door.

We finally made it in and it was quite. Jake still looked depressed but he was still standing. The entire house sounded silent until Amy closed the door behind her, that's when Mom yelled out to us.

"welcome home!" she shouted.

"Hi Mrs. Brickmen!" shouted Clover.

I turned around and slowly began to sneak away but Clover yanked me back. "We got Zack!" she said.

"I'll be out in a minute!" she said.

Jake and Amy threw their bags onto the kitchen table and Jake just laid against the wall snuggling his plush and still looking at the floor.

I stayed in the back of the room waiting for mom and a little nervous and what she was going to think.

"alright, I'm here" she said as she walked into the kitchen and froze when she saw me.

I tried staying as calm as I could. "I don't believe it... I thought the school was kidding..." she said softly.

She began to slowly walk up to me. "I never knew that... this was all... real...?!" she said. As she stopped right in front of me.

"Zack..." she said as she quickly got down and hugged me.

I had a surprised expression on my face. Mom began slightly crying and I hugged her as well but I slightly turned to my side to avoid stabbing her with my chest.
