Dawn's POV

Levi glared at me, his eyes accusing.

'Why are you looking at me like that? I didn't do anything!'

'Tss. For all I know, you planned all of his! You befriended my sister, got yourself caught by me so you could enter the pack territory'

'Hold your horses there Alpha. I'm flattered that you think I'm able to do such a wicked plan like this but I think you are overlooking one thing, I'm not wicked enough to do that.'

He looked at me sternly as if at any moment I might take back what I said and admit that the rogue attack was all my doing. Hell no!

'Jake, how many are there?'

'About 10-15 rogues, Alpha'

'Stay here' he said while staring intently at me.

'Chill dude, I'm not going anywhere!'

I said, rolling my eyes in the process. Geez, how many times have I rolled my eyes today? I've lost count.

He walked away with Jake following him.

Uncle Philip stood up.

'Carly, why don't you show Dawn to your room?'

'That's right sweetie. Your dad and I have to talk about something'

'Sure Mom'

As we were walking away, I heard Auntie sighed.

'Dawn, come on let's go to my room. You're sleeping with me- Wait, that didn't come out right, you are staying with me! There, that's much better.'

I laughed.

'You are weird'

'No, I am not. I'm a perfectly sane she-wolf.'

'I didn't say you were crazy, I said weird' I said this while shaking my head slowly.

'Eh, means exactly the same to me. Now come on, move that cute ass and let's go to my room.'

'Is your brother going to be okay?'

We were at her room and unsurprisingly, it was painted pink, nothing weird about that since she loves pink very much. What was weird though was the apartment I was living was not painted pink. My first impression was that it had a touch of masculinity on it. I shrugged.

'Whoa! You're worried about him?'

'What? No I was just asking!'

'If you say so' she said teasingly 'He'll be fine Dawn. Now why don't you get some rest? I'm pretty sure you are tired.'

I raised an eyebrow.

'No, I'm not! You do realize that I've just woken up from my slumber by your Alpha brother, don't you? Besides, I have questions and I need you to answer them.'

She suddenly fidgeted.

'Are you sure? You look soooo tired (yes, she prolonged the word so) and I could answer all your queries sometime later...' she said while waving her arms around.
