The new beginning

Goodbye

A month later the lady showed up at noon on a Saturday, when I had just woke up like 20 min earlier, but at lest I have already gotten ready and everything.
"Hello again"I say when I see her
"Hi I have some good news" she says with the big smile
"What is the good news"
" I found the perfect people to adopt you, and I have an interview with them and I figured after all you've been through you would want to meet them and talk to them"
"Sure" I say
"Ok we have to go now so get in the car and I will put the wheelchair in the back"

After about 2 min of driving she breaks the silence " now this is a couple that want a girl about your age they have a 16 year old boy and a 6 year old girl, and they best part is they live on a horse ranch and have lots of land to ride"

I smiled a little when she finished, for one I've always wanted my own horse that I can ride whenever I want because I've always rode on my dads friends horse about every two months, and for two I've always wanted siblings I hated being the only child.

" here we are" she says pulling into Taco Bell ( sorry it's 3:00am and I want taco bell )

We get out and she pushes me inside, we order and sit down

10 min later a couple about in there forties, come in get food and sit down with us
"Isabella this is Mary and tom" rose says
" hi " I say shyly
"Hi nice to meet you" Mary says
" ok so before we talk about adoption how about you guys just chat a bit and get to know each other" rose says
Everyone nods
"So rose said you like horses" tom said
"Yep" I say back
" have you rode before" Mary asks
"Ya a couple times"I say
" well if we adopt you we will take you to pick out a horse and I can train you" Mary says
"Ya but I'm in this wheel chair" I say
" none-since lots of people ride hoses with out legs" tom says
" oh well I guess that would be cool to have my own horse "
" ok guess we need to rap it up and start talking about the adoption" rose says
"Ok let's do this" Mary says

That go through this long process and a whole bunch of paper work
"Ok I think we are finished in three weeks she will be you new daughter" rise says smiling
" awesome " tom says

When I get to Taylor's bedroom she looks up from the tv" why were you gone so long" she asks
" I'm adopted I get three weeks to pack up and then I move" I say
Taylor dosent say anything for a long time she just sits there looking like she is about to burst into tears.

In the next three weeks everyone helped me pack up my stuff and get ready to go, no one talked, it was just complete silence, on the day I was supposed to leave everyone gave me Hugs and said good bye.

"I'm going to miss you guys so much" Taylor says as the whole group huges me
"Me too" I say "this was the best year of my life with you guys and even though I have to leave and you'll probably replace me tomorrow I just want you guys to know your the best friends a girl could have"
"Don't think like that think of it as getting to start over, this is your new beginning" Austin says with a teary eyed smile and the rest of them nod in agreement
I smile at them and give them one more hug"I love you guys"
When we broke apart, Mary and tom pulled up in a car with two kids in the back
"Isabella this is nick and summer your new siblings" Mary said
"Hi" all three of us said and then we started laughing
"Well are you ready Isabella " tom said
"Ya........dad......." I said wiping the tears from my eye and getting in the car while tom put My wheelchair in the back.

I waved to my little group of friends till I couldn't see them any more, as we drove to my new home. My new beginning
" can't wait to play with my new big sister I hear summer say with a big smile I smile back and drift off to sleep.
