It was quiet

So ... So ... Quiet

Hiccup sat alone in his room sat on the side of his bed with his gaze locked on the floor

No one managed to make him talk since it happened, he didn't want to talk to anyone because they would all say the same thing and ask the same stupid questions

Are you okay ?
Do you need anything ?
How are you feeling ?
What's the matter ?

The same things were said over and over again, and it was really starting to annoy him

There was a knock at the door, Hiccup looked up to see his mother and father standing there, he sighed and shook his head

"Hey" he said

His parents looked at him and they both sighed, atleast he was starting to talk but they could tell he was still very angry and upset

Valka slowly walked over to him and sat beside him on his bed, she then placed a hand on her sons should and said "Hiccup we know what happened to Astrid was....heartbreakingly painful for you, but you have to talk so we can find out who killed her"

Hiccups entire body tensed up at the mention of Astrid being slaughtered at the hand of a killer

"Hiccup, your mother is right son" Stoick said as he sat on the other side of his son and placed a hand on his leg

Hiccup looked at his father, so many emotions filled his eyes but one stood out the most

Anger

"You know who did it don't you ?" Stoick asked

Hiccup sighed heavily "yes and no dad, the morning Astrid's body was found Gothi pulled me to one side and told me that Fishlegs, The Twins and Snotlout were all seen going into Astrid's house the night she was supposedly Murdered"

Stoick and Valka looked at Hiccup in shock, Could one of Astrid's own friends killed her

Stoick sighed and stood up, "Round your friends and take them to the great hall, they will all be put on trial for suspicion of murder, we will find who killed Astrid and justice will be served"

Hiccup smiled for the first time in days

He knew when his father serves justice then he means it

Afew hours later the village were gathered in the great hall, Hiccup stood at the front of the hall with His father and Gobber either side of him waiting for the accused to be Brought in to the hall for questioning

Hiccup felt sick to his stomach accusing his own friends of murder but they were the last ones who saw her alive so it has to be one of them

He was broke from his thoughts as the doors to the hall opened and in walked Valka with Fishlegs/Ruff/Tuff/Snotlout all in cuffs

They all looked petrified about why they were here, when they got to the front they were all sat on a bench together and the trial could now begin

Hiccup looked at them all and then spoke "Recently as you all know we found out that the youngest of the Hofferson clan was brutally murdered in cold blood in her own home"

The villagers gasped and started whispering to each other which made the teens standing accused very nervous

Hiccup silenced the hall and looked at his friends
