Chapter 4 ~ Present Day

Genesis P.O.V

I walked into the studio quietly seeing as the 'recording' sign was on. When I walked in I instantly heard his voice. I got chills almost instantly. I walked over to where the guys were all sitting. Taking glances over at Dana who was fooling around with the autotune, singing T-Pain songs. 

"Hey" I said walking over to them. They all looked up and smiled at me. Todrick Hall, an extremely talented man stood up and gave me a hug. He asked us to collaborate with him on a Disney mach up video. Which is why we are here in the studio.

"So I finally figured out what you are gonna be doing" He said smiling. I smiled nodding. We all sat down on the couch and waited for Dana to finish fooling around in the recording booth. He walked over to me and hugged me taking a seat next to me. I had butterflies...this is like all the time he's around..ugh!

"so, since Cole, Dalton, Dana, Will and Gabe are gonna be playing as princesses and the princes, that leaves you kinda just there" Todrick started off. I nodded urging him to go on. "So, instead of me being Mickey mouse, and helping them out in the video teaching them how to be a boyband, I've decided on making YOU Minnie Mouse and taking up my position" He said with a smile. My eyes widened

"But wait...If I take your part...where does that leave you?" I asked furrowing my eyebrows.

"That leaves me, picking out the costumes, editing, helping you guys record the songs...things I would have done anyways if I was in the video" He said smiling. I shook my head

"I can't let you do that...it's YOUR video....you HAVE to be in it" I said shaking my head. He chuckled

"Genesis...the whole reason I wanted you guys to collaborate with me is because you guys all have pure talent! people wouldn't care if I was in the video or not! All they wanna see is you guys! Besides...I'm actually happy I don't have to be in the video anymore! Less stress on my part...and I can finish the video faster if all I'm doing is editing the video and getting all of your outfits together" He said with a small smile. 

We all sat there in silence..I guess they were giving me time to process and come up with my answer...I sighed finally giving in. 

"A-alright" I said with a nod "I'm your Minnie" I said looking over at Todrick who was smiling from ear to ear

"BRILLIANT!!" He said standing up and clapping his hands. "So we can finally get to record the song!! Cole you first!" He said motioning to Cole. Cole stood up grabbing his lyric sheet off of the table and going into the recording booth. 

"Alright Gen!! You get to be in the video after all!!" Will said smiling. I giggled. "And to think...we all thought we were gonna be separated" Will said acting overly dramatic like always. I couldn't help but to laugh at his remark. 

"Relax Will! It's not like she was leaving!" Gabe said shoving him playfully. I rolled my eyes playfully, these guys are too much sometimes.

"Look on the bright side though! you can FINALLY wear that Minnie Mouse beanie Dana got you for Christmas!" Dalton said nodding. I blushed looking down. Last Christmas Dana outdid himself and got me dozens of beanies since I'm pretty much obsessed with them. He even found me a Lion King beanie (which is my favorite Disney Movie...besides beauty and the beast).

"Yeah! it's about time too! I was beginning to think you hated my gift" Dana said crossing his arms over his chest. I rolled my eyes playfully.

"Dana ofcourse I loved your gift!" I said giggling. "Don't be so dramatic!" I added causing him to smile. I smiled looking down. "So what songs are you guys singing?" I asked looking up at the guys
