Chapter 21 ~ Accidents Happen

Genesis P.O.V

"I think we should all take an hour long nap before continuing with these rehearsals" Dalton said practically gasping for air. 

"Dalton we JUST started practicing" Will said shaking his head. Dalton groaned laying down on the floor. 

"It feels like we've been dancing forever!!" Dalton shouted. I giggled

"It's not so bad Dalton" I said smiling. Dalton looked up at me like if I was crazy

"That's cause you can dance! All of you can! I suck at this!!" Dalton said using hand gestures.

"You're a great dancer!" I said with a nod

"You stink at lying!" Dalton shouted causing us all to laugh. Cole rolled his eyes

"Fine..we can take a five minute break" Cole said shaking his head

"Make it ten!" Dalton shouted sitting up. Cole rolled his eyes playfully

"Alight ten!" Cole said smiling. Dalton's face lit up, as he stood up and ran over to a couch that was on the far side of the dance studio, and threw himself on it. He is so lazy

I glanced over to see what the guys were doing, of course they were fighting over who was the best dancer. I walked over and Gabe glanced at me

"Gen tell Dana that I am obviously the best dancer!" Gabe said crossing his arms over his chest. I giggled

"I am so not getting involved" I said with a nod.

"Ha! What she really means is, she doesn't wanna get involved cause she might hurt your feelings Gabe!" Dana said crossing his arms over his chest and smirking.

"Shut up Dana!" Gabe said rolling his eyes. The continued to argue so I decided to head over to the vending machines to grab a drink. After waiting in line for a bit I finally got my drink and made my way back to the dance studio room we were in.

I reached for the doorknob when I heard screaming. I furrowed my eyebrows fully pushing the door open to see everyone running around in a panic. I was beyond confused. I scanned the room wondering what the hell was going on when I saw him. My soda slipped from my hand spilling all over the floor. This cannot be happening

"Gen....y-you okay?" Cole asked taking a seat next to mine. I shrugged still staring at the floor. 

"H-he's gonna be okay" He added. I sighed trying my hardest not to cry. Apparently after I left the room to go grab a drink, Dana tried some new advanced move. The guys said he nailed it the first time and when he tried it again something went wrong and he ended up hitting his head.

"He was knocked out for a long time Cole..." I said biting my lip. Cole sighed

"Everything's gonna be alright..." Cole said wrapping his arms around me. I closed my eyes tight. I was beyond scared for Dana..head injuries are horrible! What if he loses his memory....what if he never remembers !M5...what if he doesn't remember how close we were...

I scanned the room seeing everyone had a worried expression..well almost everyone, Nicole however had not gotten off of her phone since she got to the hospital..I don't understand how you can jutst sit there when your boyfriend in the emergency room..not knowing how bad his injuries are...doesn't she even care about him...

"Anyone here for Dana Vaughns?!" A doctor in a white cloak said staring down at his clipboard then back up scanning the room. We all shot up and he stepped back a bit, he wasn't expecting so many people to be here I assume.
