Lights P.O.V.

After what felt like forever she finally let go of his face and he moved back almost instantly. He felt like throwing up. But he needed to keep the annoying brat happy so she would cooperate with them. He felt a small tug on the 5 foot chain connecting him. He looked up to see Ryuzaki go ridged at the sight that just played out before him.

This was something new to Light having never seen the cold man ever show any emotion. They may have been the same age but they each perceived the world as if from another view. Ryuzakis was cold and frosty while Lights was warm and inviting. The emotions Ryuzaki just showed made Light smirk in the man's direction. " Liiiiiiight " Misa screeched clinching to his side as if it was her life line to the world, and without it she would drown in a sea of plain ordinary people.

Ryuzaki looked at Light with a small amount of pain in his eyes. As if Misa was doing something painful to him. Lights eyes glanced down to Misa and back to Ryuzaki but by that time Ryuzaki was focused on the confused group of task force members before them. " Is something wrong I believe we have work to do on finding Kira " He stated bluntly as if missing his monitor already.

" Ryuzaki can't we take a small break. I mean you just threatened my life along with Misa's and made my dad play along with it not to mention we have been locked in jail rooms for the past month and a half. " Light practically pleaded with the pale skeletal like man. Watari gave a small chuckle as he listened while leaning against Ryuzakis car. To be honest if Light hadn't been handcuffed to the strangest person he had ever had the displeasure of meeting he would have been laughing as well. But of course everything wrong had to happen to him.

First this strange man who called himself L and later Ryuzaki ( note his real name that will be spoken later ) called him the number 1 suspect for the Kira case. A case that had gotten the great detective L, the smartest man in the world who no one had ever seen before not to count the Task Force that stood before them. This case had gotten him to come to Japan all the way from his home at Wammy's House in Great Britain, which was rare for the famous L. Not only had he accused Light but also an aspiring model with a " notice me senpai " take on Light. This model was the annoying brat clinging to Lights side. Her name. Misa Amane. And to be frankly honest nobody on the task force but that idiot Matsuda liked her. She was rich =, annoying and snobbing. But most of all she expected to be given everything she asked for but, she would never get Light. Because Light would never sink low enough to date someone who could barely understand one sentence that he and Ryuzaki spoke to one another about the Kira case.

The only real reason Misa was there was so that Ryuzaki could keep an eye on her to make sure she was or wasn't Kira. Honestly the way Ryuzaki talked sometimes it's like he wanted him to be Kira. That was one of the many things that didn't sit right with Light about the man who stood before him. The man he was chained to. The man he loved. Wait! Loved! Where in the deep abyss of hell was that coming from? Light wasn't gay he was surton of that. I mean sure he had never really found an interest in girl before and sure Ryuzaki had eyes that sparkled and raven hair that looked soft to the touch. Like velvet mabey. Light wondered what Ryuzakis hair felt like for a few more moments before mentally slapping himself across the face " YOU LIGHT YAGAMI ARE NOT GAY!!" he mentally cursed at himself for thinking these dumb thoughts.

But a ever nagging voice at the back of his head always thought of Ryuzaki this way. He only wondered if Ryuzaki returned the feelings.
