"Hindi ko alam kung ano ang iniisip mo, Commissioner pero malakas ang kutob ko na may masamang balak si Olivier," sagot niya dito.

*Flashback*
"Commissioner Terry, may incoming transmission po akong natatanggap mula sa Freetown, Sierra Leone," ulat ni Grace habang nag-uusap silang dalawa ng Commissioner sa loob ng opisina nito.
"Sierra Leone? I don't remember na may contact tayo sa lugar na 'yon. Anyway, just patch it through," utos nito.
Agad naman itong ginawa ni Grace. Mga ilang saglit pa ay bumungad sa kanilang tatlo ang mukha ni Samuel Olivier, ang bagong Secretary General ng United Nations na nagnakaw sa bakunang ginawa ni Angel, ang babaeng agent ng World Health Organization na iniligtas nila.
"Oh, it's you," kalmanteng bati dito ng Commissioner. "What do you want?"
"It's been a while, everyone," bati rin nito bago tumingin kay Noir. "And oh, it's nice to see you also," sabi pa nito sa kanya.
"Don't worry. The next time i see your face, i'll make sure that it will be right through my sniper rifle's scope," malamig niyang sagot.
Napangiti naman ito. "I'm afraid to tell you that it's not gonna happen anymore, now that we finally realized the error of our ways," sabi nito. "At first, we were deceived by Dr. Rosseau because we saw the battle potential of the Sigma virus itself. However, we didn't expect that it's going to turn our soldiers, as well as the civilians into hordes of zombies. That's why we decided to take up arms against Dr. Rosseau, now that her intentions of wiping out the entire humanity by using the virus is revealed," paliwanag pa nito.
"What makes you entirely confident that we're just going to let you get away with your past crimes unscathed?" tanong dito ng Commissioner.
Muli itong napangiti. "Well...as a sign of our sincerity and goodwill towards every living person in this planet, my group had risked our precious lives just to rescue the remaining European Union members and the British Royal Family from the clutches of Dr. Rosseau and her group," sagot nito. "But because of that, Dr. Rosseau had sent her best men in order to kill me and my comrades as well. We are all ready to die here for the remaining world leaders' safety, if you're gonna ask me. However, we cannot hold out much longer without any outside help," dagdag pa nito.
"Hmmm...coming straight from you, it sounds more of a hostage situation rather than a rescue mission if you're going to ask me. But anyway, can we take a good look at the remaining EU members and the Royal Family? I want to make sure that you're not bluffing," sabi sa kanya ng Commissioner.
Mga ilang saglit pa...
"Are you from ICRC? Please...help us," sabi ng isang pamilyar na mukha sa Commissioner.
