Defiant Mate:Chapter Two-Held Captive.

Kira's POV.

After an hour or so I gave up yelling and planned how I would escape. I look by the window and saw some wolves passing by. And smiled. The passing was perfect. I was so happy that I found a way to escape with anyone knowing.

" Hey. " I called.

" Luna," They said with a bow, before looking up at me again.

" I want you to catch me. " I said.

When it wasn't clear enough I used my Alpha voice and they complied.

I jumped out of the window and they caught me. They then put me down and continued walking. I smiled taking off in a run, once at the edge of the forest I shifted.

I ran carefully until I caught the scent of some rouges. Which made me wish that I hadn't left the pack house. I was in trouble and If it came to me defending my self I would. But for now, I stayed on alert. And prayed to the moon goddess that they didn't find me. But that was just wishful thinking. Within minutes I was surrounded and none of them showed any sign of fear even though I'm amor bigger than they put together.

They didn't attack they waited. I guess they were waiting for me to let my guard down. But that was going to happen. I stay guarded until a loud growl erupted and my mate and his Betas showed up.

No, he's your mate.

My wolf teased making me blush a little. Thank the goddess no one could see me blush in my wolf form.

My mate and his men were still in human form but they surrounded the Rouges.

" Shift ordered and they shift. Whimpering from the power in his voice.

They did but not me. I was way too defiant to listen. He came towards me tossed me his shirt and ordered me to shift. I ran behind a tree and shifted coming out fully covered with his shirt. I stayed on my feet as we walked towards the pack house. I walked a little before he picked me up and held me in his arms. I didn't fight him knowing that unconsciousness would soon set in.

I woke up to find myself in the room I was in before. But I wasn't alone. He was over by the window looking out. He wasn't wearing a shirt so I use the opportunity to look at him. He has muscles of a god I couldn't help but look at them.

" Like what you see ? " he asked without turning around.

Which made me look away and blush. I ignored what he said and asked a question instead.

" Why are you Here? " I asked. And he shrugged.

" I'm your mate, Kira. It's natural for me to worry about you," he said stepping away from the window to come at my bedside.

I didn't say or ask anything else when he said that I just looked at him. Mine made a noise which made him laugh. A laugh that I found to be very beautiful.

" Are you hungry ? " he asked.

And I replied " Starving ! " which earned me a smile from him.

Without another word he picked me up and carried me downstairs. Once downstairs and in the kitchen. He placed me on a stool. And with a smile. He asked.

" What you like to eat? "

And I replied " Anything. " as he did.

" Anything for you my lady," he said giving me a playful bow. Before starting up breakfast.

I was glad to see that even though he had servants he liked doing things for himself.
