The Dream and The Puppy

This is my first ever fanfic.Please be nice to me.I decided to write this because I love Castle and this idea just popped in my head while I was watching Castle.In the beginning they're still in high school.Castle and Beckett are married...so you don't have to worry.

Now let's start this chapter.

Javier was walking along the school corridor when he heard someone call out to him"Javi!".He turn around and see Kate running towards him ."Hey what's up?"She grab his arm and drag him to a corner around the corridor."Hide me"she says as she peek around the corner a saw Rick looking around for her.She duck around the corner as she saw Rick looking at her direction pulling Javier in front of her as a human shield.

"Katie...You can't run from me"Rick said as he tries to go around Javier.He was push back by Javier's body slamming into him."Go away, Rick!"Kate says to Rick while still using Javier as a human shield.

"What's goin' on here?"ask Javier as he is being pulled by Rick who's trying to get to Kate.

"Oh...we were just having a tickle fight when Kate started running like a maniac"

"You were the maniac....You're the one who was chasing me around"

"I only chased you because you ran away"

"Well that's because I don't want to be tickled by your sweaty hands"

"My hands are not..."Rick looked at his sweaty hands and said"Oh..Well they're not that sweaty"

"Yeah right"

Before Rick could protest Lanie appear and says"What are you two love birds doin' now?"she says as she crossed her arms over her chest.

"We're not love birds" Kate protested.

Then he says"We're just havin' a tickle fight"he once again trying to get to Kate."And what does a tickle fight have anything to do with Javi?"Lanie ask."Well Kate was running away from me and decided to use Javi as a human shield"

"You both better let him go before I make you let him go...as adorable as you two are together you can be really annoying sometimes"Lanie said as both Rick and Kate let Javier go without any hesitation.Lanie's a nice girl but she can be really scary sometimes.

They walk to their lockers that is conveniently located close to each other.When they arrive they saw Kevin and Jenny waiting for them.Kevin turn to their direction and start"Where have you been!I've been waiting here for an hour!"he said clearly angry at them."Well don't blame it on me...I was lookin' for these three"Lanie says as she point at her three friends.

"Its not my fault I was late...Kate literally dragged me into one of her and Rick's childish fights".Then, school bell rang.

Ring!

Esposito wake up to the sound of his alarm clock and he groans as the morning light leak into his bedroom.He got up in a sitting position and suddenly remember about the dream he had.It seems so real like it was a memory.

Weird.

He then stand up and to get ready for work.

Beckett and Castle wake up at the same time at the sound of Beckett's phone ringing."Beckett"she said as she slipped out of the comfy bed to get her clothes and get ready for work"ok....I'll be there in ten minutes".When she end the call she says"That was Ryan we caught a case".

He smile at her and says"I had the weirdest dream...we were in high school and I was chasing you trying to tickle you"he says.Then Beckett stop buttoning her shirt and stare at him.After a few seconds of silence she says"I had the exact same dream".He look at her a little shock at what she just said.

Then he got up to stand in front of her and he says"Wow....it's not everyday that people have the exact same dream"he smile at her and kiss her before going into the shower so they won't waste anymore time then they already have.She smil while continuing to button her shirt.

When they arriv at the crime scene ( with their coffee in hand ) they walk towards Lanie and Beckett ask"Morning Lanie.What do we got?".

"Hey girl.The vic is Mike Farrell...a single GSW to the chest is all it takes to kill the guy"Lanie says while standing up next to Beckett.

Then Esposito and Ryan come and Ryan says"He was walking his dog...when someone shot him"while pointing at one of the uniforms who was holding a small puppy in his arms.

Castle almost ran to the puppy when he says"awww...what a cute puppy you are"he stretch out his hands and the uniform hand him the puppy.He walk towards Beckett and his friends and ask Beckett"Can we keep him?"while putting on his best puppy dog eyes to Beckett.

"Why so I have to take care of another animal?No way, Castle".Castle frowned because he knew what Beckett meant by 'another animal'."Come on Beckett look how cute he is".

Beckett sighed.He is pretty cute"Ok Castle we can keep him.Castle smile and Esposito ask"So..what are we gonna name him?".Castle stop to think of a name and then he suggested"How about Castle Jr." .Beckett disagrees immediately"How about we not name him after you."Everyone nod in agreement...Well...everyone except Castle."Why not?","Because you're already an animal"well he walked right into that one.
