Violet's Pov
I've been running around the house all day while Brantley took all the kids fishing today. They was gone for about 3 hours, but that gave me enough time to get the house all cleaned up. Having 5 kids, you can say that our new home is going to be lived in hard. I on the other hand can't wait to see our new home. It's going to be great living in our new home. This double wide is getting way to small for all of us.
I was sitting outside drinking some ice tea when Brantley and the kids pulled up in the truck. I'm so glad that he got his truck fixed. I hate to say this, but I hate it when my husband has too drive my car some where. All the kids got out and I saw that they had fish with them. I got up and walk over to them. I looked in the back of the truck and saw 5 cat fish, 5 blue gill, and 10 cods. I love cod the most, so I better be nice to my husband.
" I see that you all went food shopping?" I said to my kids. They all smell of fish.
" We have some good fishermen in our family mama." Brantley said to me. I smiled at him.
" Well, that is great. You are taking care of this right?" I asked Brantley.
" Yes I am. Come on Asa you can help me." Brantley said to our son. I looked down at my 3 daughters and my baby boy.
" Okay girls come on." I said to them picking up Dylan and walking back inside the trailer. I'm going to give them all a bath and put some clean clothes on. They look like they had a mud fight.
After the girls and Dylan was all cleaned they was playing in there room, I was looking in the deep freeze to see what we can have for dinner tonight. I have meat, so that is a good thing. I shut the door and looked in the pantry. I was looking around when I felt 2 strong arms go around my hips.
" I love you?" I heard Brantley tell me. I leaned back on his chest.
" I love you." I said to him.
" What are you doing?' Brantley asked me.
" I'm trying to find something for you and your kids to eat tonight for dinner?" I said to him.
" Well, don't worry about them. I have that cover tonight. All you need to do is worry what you want?" Brantley said to me. I looked up at him.
" What are you doing?" I asked him.
" Mother Harper is coming over for the night to watch the kids while you and I are going out and then to a nice room back at the Inn." Brantley said to me. I looked up at him.
" You mean it?" I asked him.
" Babe, it's been 2 months since we got to be alone. I miss you and you have that tight red dress that I want you to wear tonight?" Brantley said to me. I smiled at him. I only bought that damn dress for him. He loved it the second he saw it on me. I don't wear it that much.
