His name coming out of her lips made him take a step back as he did not know what to say to her next or if he had the right to speak anything on any matter.

"Hey" he tries to smile controlling his hand to rub the back of his neck, as he was nervous.

"Tyson said you wanted to see me," she asks staring his way.

"Yeah, um...so I heard about what happened"

"Oh"

"But that is not why I am here for"

"Why are you working as a waitress Tulip?" he asks with a sigh before walking where she was standing.

"I...how else do you think I get money to survive?" she bluntly asks making him halt in his step.

"I do not see how money is a problem where you come from; your parents were filthy rich"

"And she cannot get access to that money until you exchange your vows with her which will never happen" Throne's voice makes them turn their head.

"Throne" Tulip gasps in horror.

"What the fuck are you talking about?" Damon asks as he was hearing about it just now.

"Well, for her to get access to the money dad left in her name, she needs to get married to you...

Else, she is as good as broke" he uncaringly explains before hugging Tulip and kissing the side of her hair.

"Hey sis, I see you are still alive" Throne states before letting her go from his arms.

"What are you two doing here?" she asks not understanding why all of a sudden both of them were there to see her when they abandoned her for such a long time.

"Can a brother not come and see how his sister is doing?"

"I do not understand any of this" she shakes her head giving in as seeing them both after eight long years had made her feel things she did not want to.

"The man you witnessed killing someone do you know who he is?" Damon asks ignoring Throne.

"Yes, Arson told me, he is bad news"

"Yes and did he also tell you he wants you dead or alive"

"Why do you think he left Tyson with me and all these men?" she jokingly asks to them.

"Thought so, well they won't be needed"

"Why?" Throne raises the question.

"Simple, she is coming with me" he finalizes it.

Throne just throws his hands up in the air as a sign of giving in and just staying quiet as he goes to sit on the sofa.

"Tulip, just pack your bags, you will be safer with me"

"As if" Throne scoffs but quiets down as Damon throws a glare his way.

"We do not need all of these men around her if she is with me and as for Tyson I know he would rather be beside Nick as his duty is towards him...

Russo will not do anything stupid if he knows I am the one giving her protection and while I deal with him, its better she stays with me"

"Whatever makes you fall asleep at night bro, I am not the one you should worry about and after ignoring her your entire life I think she will not like it if I have a say in her life" Throne states clearly.

"And does this she get to have a say anything in this matter?" Tulip asks with an edge in her voice as she was so done with them talking about her as if she was not in there.
