"Ayoko talaga, Anne." Pagmamaktol ni Karylle.

Today was the victory party of the successful 2 month theater run of a play where Karylle was the lead star. Maganda ang naging takbo nito at naging nominated pa sila sa iba't ibang award giving bodies for theater.

She really had a successful comeback, both in tv and in theater, and she became even more successful after Vice left her, taliwas sa naging epekto sa kaniya ng paghihiwalay nila ng dati niyang nobyo na si Dominic. This time suicide never came to her mind. She just became more focused to her work na halos hindi na siya nagbibigay ng oras para sa sarili niya. Na sa araw araw nagtatrabaho lang siya dahil ayaw niyang umuwi ng bahay kung saan maiiwan nanaman siyang mag-isa, with strong anticipation of someone's uncertain coming. At kagaya pa rin naman ng dati, she really is not the type of person to go out and party at night.

"Alam mo kung hindi lang kita pinsan iisipin ko na talagang may sayad ka eh." Masungit na sinabi ng buntis na si Anne.

"Bakit ba? I just don't want to go. I'm not needed there anyway." Natatawang sagot ni Karylle sa pinsan.

"Panong you're not needed? They made that party for you! Ikaw yung lead!" Pagpatol ni Anne.

"Kalma! Joke lang! Hahaha! I'm already dressing up, Anne. Samahan mo na lang kaya ako?" Tanong ni Karylle sa pinsan.

"Clubbing? Karylle, halos pumutok na yung tiyan ko aayain mo ako mag-club?" Sagot naman ni Anne. She just earned a huge laugh from Karylle who was sitting on her vanity table, doing her make-up.

"Maiba ako. Have you talked to Vice?"

Upon hearing his name, agad na tinigil ni Karylle ang ginagawa niya, umiling ito to say no.

"Why?" She asked.

"Wala lang." nagkibit balikat lang si Anne but because Karylle knows her cousin too well, she knows there is something she has to spill.

"Anne, why?"

"H-he called Vhong a while ago. Kinamusta lang yung business."

"Is he coming home?" Tanong ni Karylle.

"H-ha? Malay ko. B-but his parents are."

"Anne." She knows when her cousin is hiding something.

"I don't know! You ask him! Magtawagan na kayo jusko!" Sagot ni Anne pero tinitigan siya ng matagal ni Karylle.

Yan ang pinagusapan namin ni Anne kanina. I can't help but think of possibilities na bumalik na nga si Vice dito. The only reason he went back there was for his parents and now that they are here, ano pa ang rason niya to stay there?
