Cada pov

The next day I walked into the office only to see it empty. I wondered where everyone was.

I walked back into the hallway and went to look for everyone.

-time skip-

"Where are they all?" I said in my head as I continued to look around the annoyingly large building. "Don't tell me they went on a job without me"

I sighed and made my way back to the divisions office, hoping that they were there by now.

I reached the office and opened the door to,once again, find it completely devoid of people. I walked over to my desk and sat down with nothing to do. I logged onto my computer and decided to just sort out my files while I waited for someone to arrive and explain why no one was there.

-time skip-

It had been two hours and I was still in the office alone. By then I was convinced that they had left to go on a job without me.

Suddenly, the office doors flew open and the lights flickered on blinding me since I had been working in the dark the whole time. Once my eyes adjusted to the light I looked up to see kogumi and Ginoza staring at me in confusion.

"Why are you here at such an early hour?" Ginoza asked. I looked at him confused before checking the time and realising it was only five in the morning.

"I thought it was later! I could have slept in longer." I shouted in my head. I hit my head of the desk frustration as I realise my mistake.

Ginoza sighed "start paying more attention to your surroundings or it could lead to your death one day"

I nodded before picking up a piece and scribbling down a note. I got up and handed it to Ginoza as I left.

I saw him open it up and read it.

'Sorry about wondering off during the last job. I won't do it again.

-Cada'

I heard him sigh as I walked down the hallway back to my room.

-time skip-

It had been two days since the argument. Ginoza had accepted my apology and had apologised himself for shouting at me. Of course I had accepted his apology and everything was back to normal.

Well as normal as division one could be.

"Kagari! Stop messing around and continue with your paperwork!"

"Okay boss!"

I laughed silently as I watched the other members of the division argue over the smallest things.

I would get used to this quickly. I wished that it could last forever but I knew that would never happen unless I could change the events of psycho-pass and I promised myself I would.

Hi *hides from flying objects* don't kill me. I'm sorry I haven't updated for 3 months but I've been really busy. Also sorry this chapter is so short. I didn't know what else I could write. The next chapter should be out on Halloween or the day before. Once again I'm sorry.
