---Aneko--"I like this one"
"No, I like this."
"I think this is better."
"You just think, but it's obvious that this is the BEST one." I stressed the last part.
"Aneko..Just this one" she starts her appealing singsong voice.
"But—"
"Okay fine. Buy that and I'll buy mine."Her voice is now grating.
"Okay then"
I concede.
I'm with my bestfriend/sister figure/buddy that moment and we're kind'a arguing what bag we are going to buy. We plan to buy the same style, and yet until now we haven't decided which one is better. But I uttered the last word. She won.
She's my best opposite. We always squabble as if it's a world war.
I don't get why of all people ,I still always choose to be with her. She always harasses me with her mocking words especially with my appearance, the way I move, the way I dress. There's never been a day that we don't argue on that simple things, and yet, I have withstood with her.
YES.. I call her my BEST OPPOSITE. She likes it, I don't like that. I'm like this, she's not like that. I like sweets, she likes sour. I'm kind'a noisy, she's moody. I'm extrovert, she's not. And so on and so forth. And I just ask myself why on earth I have tolerated this kind of person.:)
She is silent this time. I come closer to her and cling into her arms. She removes it.
"You have made up your mind right?
"If you don't want, buy your own. I'm not forcing you anyway. I just have to buy with my BESTFRIEND."
Here she goes again, trying to irritate me.
"It's not that I don't like, you know my taste. But if that's what you really like, I'll go with it. But if you want to buy that with your bestfriend, Go on."
She squints. I laugh.
"Hey, just kidding.! We have to buy it before someone picks it."
I drag her to the store.

I am currently looking at the bag Aneko and I have bought. No regret. It's really the best choice. And I wonder if she loves it too though it's not her first choice. Well, she would learn to love it. I smile. For me, the second one is always the best choice.
Aneko has been so supportive to me ever since we call and treat each other as sisters. Though most of the time we're kind'a cat-and-dog, she's the one who would just give up to those silly stuffs and give way to what I desire. She's too good to be true, and she's the sweetest person I've ever known, ad yet I don't like those kind of stuffs. Well I'm kind'a used to it. But most of the time she nettles me with some of the things that I don't like, yet she keeps on insisting to do. I don't even know how I endure those kind of character she has.
Best elder sister? I don't think so. I don't like the way she treats people. It is as if she's always campaigning to vote her as a president. She's too nice that sometimes I don't get how she handles herself managing to deal with other people. I'm not like that. I'll never be like that.
I guess the only thing that we have in common is that we have the same family background dramas, and we are aiming to achieve a goal. That is to graduate with flying colors, have a stable job, marry a responsible and Christian man, and build a complete happy family.
Best relationship? Hmmm. Maybe. It's not perfect. I think it would be boring if there's no little fights at all. But those serious fights? Yeah.We have had, but we managed to surpass all those tests, and here we are now, still strong sisters ever. ;)
"Congratulations! You're still on the list!'Treat me."
A message coming from my noisy bestfriend, Bella.
