It was late afternoon when Levi brought me a book and asked me to read to him.
I grab the book and sat him in my lap.
I began to read when I realized something..
"Levi.. how old are you?" I asked
"Five." He said
"Hmm." I said
"Gordy." I called for my servant
"Yes?" He said coming in my library
"Is there anyone here with the ability to teach young Levi the things that would be taught to him in school?" I ask
"Actually yes. Mrs. Potts." He said
"Good. Ask her if she's willing. And if she is let me know I'll make a part of the castle for her to teach children or I'll get her a valley." I say
He nodded leaving me to read to Levi. I enjoyed it but one day he'd be reading to me. Which would be great. My mother would be proud of me. I rubbed his hair and kissed his cheeks.
Gordy returned and nodded." She approves." He said
"Does she want a valley or Place in the palace?" I ask
"A valley. She says she will teach the older children too so they can learn to interact with each other and bond." He said
"That wonderfully genius." I say smiling
"She wants a far valley." He said
"Well of course. Tell her the Vally Of Youth ." I say
He nods." I've heard it to be fruitful." He says
I nod." It is." I say
"Can we leave now?" Levi asked excited
"Well you'll just haft to speak to Mrs. Potts.
I want good reports everyday Levi. Learn and pay attention. Always try hard. You can do it. Don't be scared to ask for help." I say
He nods and hugs me bye bye.
I wonder if this is how my mother felt letting me go to school.
I watched him walk away with Gordy to learn with other vampire children.
