13. Disaster over food

I had just left Chloe with the biggest clue possible. It doesn't take a genius to work out that I've got a mate!
"On the first day too, lucky you! Well who is it? Pleeeease!" She begged all the way to lunch.
The insane begging continued all the way down the long and embarrassing walk to lunch. What, people passing by were finding us weird looks! I never knew that Chloe could wines I much.

When we finally got to the lunch hall it was already pretty packed. I looked around and saw everyone on their separate tables but couldn't find Adrian, oh well. Eventually Chloe stopped asking me and just realized that she'd find out somehow else. Her exact words were "I won't try and guess any more but I will dig it out of you by force if I have to." So I guess I'll have to be careful.

After she'd fully come to her senses she took the lead again and walked over to the lunch queue. We both grabbed a tray and walked along the counter.

I grabbed the pasta option from the ladies, some fruit and a fizzy drink then carried on over to the checkout. I paid and headed to the tables.

"The seating here is very particular. Jocks and cheerleaders over there. Geeks and nerds on that side. Actors on the left and we're right here" Chloe said as she pointed to the different areas in the lunch hall and then led me over to a single table in the middle.
Already sitting there were two girls. Chloe walked up to them and greeted them.
"Hi girlies, this is Rae. Rae, this is Sophie and Anna. Hey Sophie, where's Eve got to?" Chloe explained.
"Oh hey. I'm right here. Sorry, me what's he called ran over and then I got called back into class for talking. He is such a loser, obviously hasn't got any teacher friends!" A bouncy girl came running over to us. Everyone else said hi in return. She seemed friendly enough, all these girls were. It would pose as a good cover and having the alphas sister as a friend is also a good thing. I wonder what status the other girls are?
"Hi I'm Rae and you must be Eve" I said wanting to start a conversation "So what's your status in the pack if you don't mind me asking?"
"Oh it's fine and nice to meet you Rae. I'm the beta's sister. Anna and Sophie are sisters of the gamma. So basically we're the top girl gang, minus the slits hanging onto the football players though." Replied Eve as she nodded over to the first table I spotted.
"My brother's pretty bad! What's going to happen when he finds his mate and she sees him like that!" Exclaimed Chloe, we all looked over at the jocks table.

Sure enough, right in the middle, was Adrian. He was a jock them, how great. At this Luna was now purring. While I was admiring his perfectly ruffled hair from our run in and his sparkling eyes I failed to notice the girl sitting next to him, curled up on his arm. She was a tiny figure with a mini skirt which was barely a piece of fabric and a top about 10 sizes too small for her so her breasts were pushed up in his face. Also her face was caked in makeup.

As I was watching the scene I began to growl.
^How fuckîng dare she touch my man. He's MINE not hers. Is she begging for a death sentence^ I could only agree with her. Apparently he just couldn't deal with only one make out session so he decided to go ahead and have a second one straight after. Not stopping once to consider his mate!

I heard Chloe say between the growls "He's such a player. Are you ok Rae, you sound like you have a blocked throat?"
"Oh I'm fine. Thanks for asking though. Is your brother always this bad?" I asked, not really wanting to hear the answer.
"That's good. Yeh, he usually this bad if not worse and by that I mean he's got about five sluts hanging off him like coats!" Chloe answered.
At this point I was ready to go and hit him to the worlds end and even then some more. Surprisingly Luna and especially Deca were with me, must be something to do with the black wolf thing.
