7. Assessment two

After our very successful movie night full of sweets, chocolate, popcorn, anything sweet that you'd name we ate. With full stomachs we climbed up to our bedrooms and fell asleep.

Beep...

Beep...

Beep...

"Gee I'm coming!" Why do alarms have to be so loud and annoying.

Beep...

This alarm need a class in patience! I picked up the red vibrating alarm from beside my soft bed and threw it at the wall. "There, all better now." Then, because the damn thing went off and woke me up from my sleep I went back sleep not bothering to check the time.

All of a sudden I felt someone shaking me and tugging the duvet off of me! I heard a few more footsteps walking over to the other side of the bed and then the room was filled with light. They opened the curtains! Did they have a death wish or something? Now that I'm free I am no longer going to be woken up by anyone else again. So with that in mind I suddenly jumped out of bed and turned to face whoever woke me up. Lilly and Josie were standing next to my bed grinning.
"Come on sleeping beauty, it's 7:45 and school starts in 15mins. We thought you'd never wake up!" said Josie.
"What! 7:45! Why didn't you wake me up sooner?!" I shouted in their faces.
"Well we thought you were awake from your alarm but then after a while we came up to check and found you still sleeping." Lilly told me.
I pointed over to the mow smashed alarm and said "As you can see I don't like alarms or getting up early. Now get out so I can change!"
"Ok then, breakfast in ready in the kitchen, we wait for you in the living room because I think we all have the same first class." said Josie.
"What about those tests?" I thought to myself. "Oh well"
I swung my legs out of bed and pottered over to the bathroom to do my business and have a shower. Once finished I walked into the closet wearing a very fashionable towel and looked for an outfit.
"What to wear? I want to make a good impression so how about these." I picked out a black t-shirt with the words 'whatever' on it, some denim shorts, a gold necklace and some black ankle boots. I tied my hair up in a twirl sort of thing, painted my nails white and grabbed a black rucksack that was hanging on one of the shelves. I opened my bedroom door and ran down the stairs. I could smell bacon and eggs, delicious.
Once at the bottom, I grabbed the plate on the work surface and ate it as quickly as I could. It was just as good as it smelt, I'll have to remember to ask the girls who cooked it and say thanks. I then wondered into the living room to find Josie, Lilly and India sitting in the sofa.
"You ready to go then?" I asked them to get their attention.
"Yep, let's go to our first day of this year!" Replied India.
"You are way to excited India!" said Josie as we started to walk out of the room. I looked in my bag and found my timetable from yesterday already a scrunched up and ripped in a few places. The first lesson was Supernatural history, fun!

Lilly opened our door and we all followed her out as India locked the door behind us. We all chatted down the hall until we heard the bell go and then we raced to the classroom. All the classrooms were in 2 of the halls connecting the towers, one hall was for the dinning room, kitchens, general common room, mini mall with clothes/gifts and the last hall was for the missions and teacher's offices. It had the weapon store, briefing room, tech rooms, clothing stores and each teacher had their own office. Our class was in room C321. Corridor C, third floor, room 21 or so India explained to me.

When we finally reached the right room, Lilly quietly opened the door and sneaked in, followed by Josie, India and the me. But as we were making our way to the 4 empty seats at the back the teacher turned around. "Welcome Lilly, India and Josie. Make sure your not late again, now go and sit down." Said the teacher at the front.
"Yes Mrs Bennett" they replied while walking to their seats.
"Are you our new student?" Asked Mrs Bennett.
"Yes Ma'am, my name's Rae." I answered.
"Well then Rae go and sit at the back next to your friends, I am letting you off today for being late but I expect it not to happen again." She then turned back around and carried on talking.
I went and sat next to India and Lilly so it went Josie, Lilly, Me, India in the row. I got out my note book and pen from the already stocked up bag and got ready to actually start listening. The school is very prepared to have all this stuff even though I only arrived yesterday! I then turned my attention back to Mrs Bennett.
