Transformation and Saving Holly

Tamika's POV

I woke up in Artemis's room feeling different and wondered why. Until I remembered want had happened last night. Holly being poisoned and me turning into a demon. I got up and walked over to the mirror.

My had grown longer, a little taller, thinner but still curvy and my eyes were brighter. I saw a strapless dress on coat hanger. I got out some underwear and put on the dress after putting on. I then sat in front of the mirror to brush my now long hair.

"You're awake, how do you feel?" Artemis asked as he entered the room taking the brush from me. He started to brush my hair humming softly awaiting my reply.

"I feel more alive then ever before and I feel stronger" I told him. I looked into his eyes through the mirror. "How's Holly?" I asked as he finished brushing my hair.

"She is doing well, the priest is here to marry us" he stated. I nodded my head took his hand and stood up. He lead me out of the room do the stairs into the hallway then living room. There was a man waiting for us and so was Artemis's father.

"This must be the famous Tamika" the priest said standing to greet us. He shook Artemis's hand and I gave him a nod. "Are you ready to be married?" the priest asked the both of us and we nodded. "He who bares witness please step forward" he said and Artemis's father stepped forward. "You may now do your vows" the priest told us.

"Tamika I love you and always will, I'll protect you and Holly until my dying day. I remember holding you as a baby you were and are still the most precious person in the world to me. I love that you are loyal, loving and have a big heart. I promise to be there for you in sickness and in health. I promise to be faithful, caring, and have children only with you" Artemis said the placed a ring on my finger. "With this ring I wed thee" he said looking into my eyes with some much love.

"Artemis I don't know want to say, but I love you with all my heart and always will. I remember when we first met I thought you were crazy. Now I know you were and are crazy about me. I love that you are both strong and sensitive. I promise to be there for in sickness and in health for as long as we live. I promise to be faithful, caring, and have children only with you" I said. "With this ring I wed thee" I said sliding a ring onto his finger.

"Vows and rings have been exchanged you may now kiss the bride" the priest told us. Artemis pulled me in for a meaningful kiss full of love and passion. When we pulled away the priest had us sign a piece of paper. Artemis's father wrote down his name as the witness and we were officially married.

I felt a new power surge through me and I began to glow faintly. "You are now 'Life' Tamika Nomed" Artemis's father told me. "Artemis I official step down as 'Death' and dub you the new 'Death'" he told Artemis bowing.

"Let's go save our sister" I said still holding Artemis's hand and lead the way to her room. When we arrived I saw Angelina there already and she bowed to us. "You need not bow Angelina, now please leave Artemis will get you when Holly wakes" I told her.  After she left I took Holly's hands in mine.

I focused my power into her so she'd heal and it would drive out the poison. It worked she started to colour in her cheeks again. As her temperature returned to normal and breathing evened out. She opened her eyes and looked at me "are you an angel?" she asked tiredly.

"No, it's me Tamika you're going to be ok now Holly" I told as the power faded. I hugged her gently and she returned it. After bathing and changing her clothes. Angelina came in with food and water for her followed by the rest of the family.

"You got married without?" Holly asked sadly looking at my hand.

"Yes, it was the only way to save you without turning you. But we didn't have a wedding and will have one when you are well enough. Will you be my flower girl" I asked her. She squealed happily nodding her head hugging me. We all then fell asleep in her room not wanting to leave each other alone.
