Chapter 2

Devon's POV

I walked around my house trying to figure out what to do.I pulled out my iphone and decided to call my mom. I dialled her number, the line rang three times till she picked up.

"Hi sweetie.How are you?"My mum asked through the phone.

"Hey mom. Uhh I was wondering if I could come down just till I start school again witch is in a 3 days."I asked her and hoping she would say yes but knowing my mum she would never say no to me.

"Of course honey you didn't have to ask you know you can come down any day."My mum said to me.

"Oh okay mum.I'll be there in a couple of hours."I said to mum and hung up the phone.

I walked up stairs to my room to pack my stuff.I pack all my tuff in my suitcase.I grabbed my suitcase and made my way down the stairs.I walked out my house and walked over to my car.I was struggling to get my suitcase in the car and someones hand caught me by surprise.I looked up to see Liam smiling down at me.I back away and let him put my suitcase in the trunk.

"Where you going?"Liam asked me as he leaned in my car.

"Uhh I'm gonna stay over my mum's."I said to him looking down at my keys and playing with them.

"Why?Devon are you okay?"Liam asked me.

"I uh yeah I'm okay just want to get away for a while."I said to Liam.I know I didn't convince him of what I was saying because I didn't even believe myself.

"Devon you know you can tell me anything.You mind if I come along?The lads and I are off for a couple of months."i wasn't sure if this was a good idea but I could really use his company.

"Sure Liam, come on I can tell you on our way."I said to him.He opened my trunk and took out my suitcase and walked over to his Range Rover.

"What are you doing?"I asked him as he put my suit case next to his suitcase in his trunk.

"Were going in my car."he said to me with a smile.I rolled my eyes and smiled at him.I walked to the passenger door and he followed behind, he opened the door and helped me in.He got into the drivers side and started the car, we pulled out my drive way and made our way to my mum's house.

"So are you going to tell me what's wrong?"He asked.I was hoping he could drop the subject but I knew he wouldn't.I looked at me and he took his eyes off the road of a split second to look at me, I sighted and decided to tell him.

"Im pregnant."I told him he stopped the car at mid road and looked at me.

"Your what!"He yelled.

"Ouch!I said I'm pregnant Liam."I said to him.Were lucky no other car was on the road.

"Is the it Harry's?"He asked me.

"Yes."I said answering his question.

"What an asshole.When did you find out?"Liam asked.

"I found out today.Liam you can not tell anyone please.I know when I'll tell him and everyone."I said to him.He nodded his head and continued to drive to my mum's house.It was a two hour long drive but we made it.Liam pulled up my mum's drive and turned off his car.He sat there in silence and I joined in the silence.

"Devon" "Liam" We both spoke at the same time.He smile and gestured his hand towards me.

"Listen I don't know what I'm going to do but right now I just want to-" I was interrupted by Liam's lips coming in contact with mine.I was taken by surprise but I honestly liked this moment.We broke the kiss for a moment begging for air.His hands cupped my face and he looked into my eyes.

"I always wanted to do that."Liam said.I shyly smiled and I couldn't help to ask for anything better.

"Liam I."I said to him but once again was interrupted.

"Shhh let me finish.Let me come along with you on this journey Devon.Ever since I met you I couldn't help but fall in love with you.And even though Harry is the father of your baby I want to be there for you.So please take me."At this point everything Liam had said I wished it wasn't him but Harry.I still love Harry but if Liam is willingly trying to make me happy then he can do it.Harry had his chance and he blew it.I kissed Liam again and felt a bit of butterflies in my stomach.

"I take that as a yes".He said smiling.We stayed in our same spot for a little longer.

"We should get going."Liam said.We both got out the car and walked behind the car to get our suitcases.I got ahold of my suit case and wait for him to get his, he intwined our fingers together and walked up to my mum's door.I knocked on her door and wait for her to opened.

"Sweetie."My mum beamed and hugged me tightly.She let go off me and looked at Liam who was behind me.

"And who do we have here?"Mum asked Liam.

"Hi ma'am I'm Devon's boyfriend."Liam said to mum.My mum smiled and brought Liam into a hug.

"You guys make yourself's at home.Your dad is own his way from work and we're going out to dinner."Mum said smiling.Mum walked into the kitchen leaving Liam and me alone in the living room.

"Lets go up to my room."I said to Liam.

"I'll take them upstairs and you get caught up with your mum and I'll take them upstairs.You and her need to talk."Liam said, he planted a kiss on my temple and headed up stairs.I walked into the kitchen seeing my mum seating on the kitchen table typing away on her laptop.

"Mum can we talk?"I quietly asked.

"Yeah sweetie.Tell me."she said closing her laptop and giving me her attention.

"Mum there is something you have know.Im so sorry mum I never meant to put myself in this situation."I said to her letting out my pain.Mum knew something was wrong but didn't want to say anything in front of Liam.

"Sweetie your scaring me please tell me whats wrong."Mum said and I could tell she was feeling worried..

"Mum I'm pregnant."I said to her and I hoped she wouldn't react all mad about it.

"Devon oh my gosh sweetie are you serious congratulations."She said to me bringing me into a hug.I didn't expect her to reach like this but she took it well.

"Oh honey.Is Liam the daddy?"Mum asked.

"No mum Harry is."her smile turned into a frown once a mentioned Harry's name.

"Mum it all happened a week before he left to for New York and I found out today."I said to mum.She understood but deep inside I knew she wished this baby wasn't Harry's.

We kept talking for a few minutes but mum had to leave to go out to dinner with dad.Mum had promised to talk to dad for me and I was thankful, I was afraid of dad's reaction.I walked upstairs and saw Liam laying on my bed asleep.It was getting late and I did expect him to fall asleep.I walked over to my suitcase and grabbed my pair of pyjamas.I walked into the restroom to get dress.I was pulling my shirt over my head when I noticed a small little bump.I thought it was a little to early to show but I am almost two months.I brushed my teeth and finished up my business in the bathroom.I walked over to my bed and got inside my duvets.I felt Liam bring his arm over my waist on to my tummy and kissed my temple.

"Goodnight Love."Liam whispered in my ear.

"Night Liam."I said to him and turned around to kiss his cheek.We later drifted off to sleep.
