Liam's POV
We finally got to my mums after a long drive, Devon was still asleep so I will take her upstairs to my room.I quietly got out my car walked up the steps to the front door of what us to be my house.My mum opened the door with a big smile on her face, she rapped her arms around me bring me into a tight hug I hugged her back as well I really missed her.
"Mum I got Devon in the car she is asleep so I'm going to take her upstairs to my room so she can rest."I left my mum holding the door so I could being Devon in.I ran over to the passenger side of my car and carefully got Devon out.I carried her in my arms and up the stairs.I surprised she didn't wake up on the process of takin her upstairs.
Mum and I spent a while talking a lot about Devon and I and everything she has been through.Mum was happy about the news of babies she was more than pleases to find out that she was going to be a grandma not biologically but still she was more than happy. We wanted to make Devon a nice dinner so we went ahead and got started on her dinner.By the time we were almost done mum told me to go ahead and get Devon, I walked up stairs to get her and she was still sound asleep on my bed.
"Devon baby wake up."I quietly tried to get her to wake up till she opened her beautiful eyes.
"Im awake.What happened?Where am I?"She had no clue what was going on, she quickly sat up looking around confused.
"Its okay baby we're at my mums your in old room."she calmed down after I told her where we were."Come on mum and I and I made you dinner."
"Yay Im so hungry."She smiled and I just laughed at her silliness.I helped her from the mattress and we walked down the stairs to the kitchen.Devon was really shy she had only met my mum once,she looked nervous as we got closer to the kitchen to mums.
"Mum this is Devon."I told mum.Devon smiled at my mum and extended her hand out to shake my mums hand instead my mum pulled her into a hug, I could see Devon loosen up at my mums touch.
"Ooo Devon is nice too see you.Im happy to have you here."Mum told Devon.Devon blushed and smiled at my mum not knowing what to say but spoke up.
"Thank you Mrs.Payne.Its nice to see you as well."Devon smiled at my mum.
"Oh please honey call me Karen. Oh and We made you a nice dinner."Mum pointed out the dinner table with a smile.Devon turned to looked at me with a smile, mum guided Devon over to the table serving her food on her plate Devon of course looked more than pleased and hungry.The door bell rung making me come back to my senses.
"I'll get that."I walked over to the door leaving mum and Devon to eat.I opened the door to reveal Danielle standing with a smile, my smile faded away as I saw her standing there.I looked over to mum and Devon and walked out with gripping Danielle's arm on my hand an dragging her out to the parking lot.
"Let me go your hurting me Liam!"Danielle snatched her arm away from me.
"What the hell are you doing here?"I was freaking out at her presence.I didn't want Devon finding out.
"I came to win you back Liam.Look I'm sorry I know nothing justifies what I did but you have to understand you where on tour and I missed not having you with me.Please lets make this work."Was she joking.Is she out of her damn mind?
"Me take you back?No Danielle Im happy with out you, I have someone that makes me happy and Im going to be a father."I laughed in her face, It felt good seeing her suffer and hurt the same way I was.
"If your referring to Harry's slut those bastards aren't even your kids!"She was screaming at me and hitting my cheat.She was right they weren't my kids but who cares.
"For one she isn't Harry's slut!So what if they aren't my kids I am more than happy to be with her and for her I'd do anything.Now get out of here!"I grabbed ahold of her arms so she could stop hitting me and once again she snatched her arms away making herself fall.I tried to help her up but she denied my help so I left her there and walking back inside my house.
"Who was that Liam?"Mum asked me
"No one mum!"I yelled at her and walked up stairs to my room leaving mum speechless and Devon in the kitchen.I slammed the door behind me and sat behind my door with my knees to my chest.Why is she back?Why couldn't she disappear from my life and leave me live my life with Devon?All these questions were running through my head.
