Prom

It was your senior year and you decided that you should go to prom.

Your POV-

" hey (h/n) what are you doing next week " I asked my best friend

" I don't know probably just gonna work" (h/n) said

" your not going to go to prom" I asked

" (y/n) you know me I don't do stupid school drama filled dances " (h/n) said rolling his eyes

" oh come on (h/n) prom won't be as bad as hoco was. There aren't any underclass men" I said trying to change his mind

" still their are some very immature people in our grade " (h/n) said  smiling determined on not going

" what can I do to get you to go?" I asked

" nothing babe " (h/n) said laughing

" oh my gosh (h/n) " I said  " please " I begged

" why do you even want to go " (h/n) asked

" because I get to dress up all pretty and fancy " I said " I get to be a princess for a night " I said twirling around pretending I had a dress on

" oh (y/n) do you really think you need a dance to tell you you're a princess " (h/n) said

" umm no that's why I tiaras " I said laughing.

" your so weird (y/n) " (h/n) said laughing

" hey I'll talk to you later I have to go pick up my prom dress" I said

1 day later

I woke up to a text message

" hey (y/n ) meet me at the lake " (h/n) texted

Ugh it's so early what does he want

1 hour later

" hey (h/n) what did you want" I said sitting down on our bench since we came here all the time

" look I was thinking it's our senior year, our last time to do anything in high school. " (h/n) said.

" yea and? " I asked

" don't intirput me " (h/n) said laughing. " I was thinking I should go to prom" (h/n) said. "but I want to remember it and have fun so why not go with my best friend" (h/n) said framing my hand pulling me up on the bench

" (h/n) what's going on" I said laughing

" I was wondering if.. ' your you lake to go to prom with me' " (h/n) said smiling like a kid

" oh my gosh yes I would love to you dork" I said hugging him

" ok, do I have to wear a special color" (h/n) asked

" hahaha your so cute" I said. " wear a back tuxedo with a blue tie" I said

" ok " (h/n) said

1 week later

" oh my gosh mom where is my red lipstick " I panicked

" honey calm down its right here" my mom said handing me my lipstick

" hahaa thanks " I said laughing nervously

" I can't believe your nervous you and (h/n) have been friends forever " my mom said.

" yea I know mom I just don't want him to hate it " I said as my mom curled my hair

4 hours later (h/n) now at your house

" honey he's here" my mom yelled

" I'm coming " I screamed slowly walking downstairs

" oh my god (y/n) you look absolutely beautiful" (h/n) said

" thanks (h/n) " I said blushing

" you ready to go" (h/n) asked

" no not yet I have to get pictures " my mom said

" mom " I said laughing

1 hour later

" are you having fun " I asked nervous

" of course (y/n) " (h/n) said wrapping his arms around my waist

" ok, good" I said blushing

" hey (y/n) can I ask you something? " (h/n) asked

" yea " I said swaying back in fourth with (h/n) to the music

" do you want to be my girlfriend " (h/n) said looking at me

" I..I don't know what to say" I said smiling but realized he wasn't . " of course you dork" I said kissing him and he kissed me back

" I've wanted to do that for a long time" (h/n) said smiling as we started to dance again, but not as friends. As a couple.

Ok I'm really sorry for not updating in a
