chapter thirty-eight

"You little shit!" Someone screamed, which lead to heavy footsteps and giggles. My door burst open and Luke came sprinting in. He hopped on my bed and fell on top of me.

"Hide me! Hide me!" He giggled like a little kid.

"What the fuck Luke?" I laughed as he tried to get underneath me.

"Shh, he can't find me." He laughed some more. All of the sudden Ashton ran into my room, raiding everything, looking for Luke.

"Where is that bastard?" He laughed.

"Who?"

"Don't play stupid. I know he is in here. Matter of fact, I just found him." He ripped the blankets and they ended up halfway across the room. Luke screamed and tried to run away. Ashton got ahold of him and threw him over his shoulder.

"Boys! I got him!" He ran out of the room. I walked out after him and Hamlet sprinted to go join them. They had Luke taped to a chair and they were video taping.

"Oh my god, what the fuck is wrong with you guys?" I shook my head and left the room.

"Wait! Teegan! Help me!" Luke called after me.  I turned back around and looked at him, but I left the room after. I heard him yell a couple times and I didn't really care.
Hamlet ran back into my room with whip cream or something all over him.

"Oh my god, are you kidding me?" I, once again, got up to go kick some ass. They all had their backs to me. I slapped Michael's neck and he turned around.

"What the fuck is this?" I pointed at Hamlet.

"Uhh..."

"He is going to get a bath and you're the ones that are doing it. Did you do this to Luke too?" Ashton stepped our of the way so that I could see him. He was drenched in ketchup and many other condiments.

"Get this bitch untied right now." Cal was still video taping and he had the phone pointed at me.

"Let me have that." I held my hand out for Calum to hand over his phone. He shook his head and put it away.

"Okay then, Ash, give me your phone." I pulled it out of his pocket without his say. I knew all of the boys' password because I'm a sneaky bitch. I pulled up keek and started recording.

"This is what you get when you make a mess." I took off the lid to the ketchup and dumped it everywhere all over the boys.

"I'm definitely not cleaning that up. They tortured Lucas and got my dog covered in whip cream. They are cleaning up this mess and giving my dog a bath."

"I'm free!" Luke shot up and immediately spilled and fell down, which caused a domino effect and they all fell. I burst out laughing and almost dropped his phone. When they fell, they splattered everything everywhere.

"So glad I joined the tour." At the right moment, Trinity walked in.

"Oh my god, what the fuck happened?"

"And this has been a day in the life of Teegan." I ended the video.

"I honestly have no clue how it happened, but all I know is that I'm not cleaning it up."  I walked off into the kitchen with Trin to find something to eat.

"What the fuck is up with these guys?" She laughed.

"I honestly have no clue, but it's kinda funny." I pulled out some cold pizza and started munching on it. I walked away and hopped up on the counter.

"Really, bitch? Thanks for getting me a slice." She giggled and slapped my thigh, really hard. 

"Oh shit! That hurt, oh my god!" I looked down at my new, cherry red hand print. 

"I bet it's not even bad- holy shit! I didn't mean to do that." She raised her hands up in defense and laughed.  The next thing we heard was something I never thought I would ever hear. Liz had just dropped the f bomb. 

"Oh my god. She's pissed. Evacuate!" I yelled and Trinity sprinted after me into Luke's room. He was 'sharing' a room with Michael and there was clothes and towels all over the place. Luke had his notebook open laid down in the middle of his bed and I couldn't help but snoop. He had pages full of his own song lyrics and they were beautiful. 

"Hey Trin, listen to this, 'I remember the day you told me you where leaving. I remember the make-up running down your face.' Aw, Lukey has feelings." She laughed. There were some really boybandish lines, some deep, deep lines, and I know for sure he wasn't trying to sound like a boy band. Some in between, but there was one that I really liked. 

"Nothing lasts forever, nothing stays the same."

"Hmm?"

"I like that, a lot." I smiled and flipped through the rest of the book. He had about three more notebooks laid out and some of the pages had nothing on them and some were filled. I laid down on his flat ass pillow, only to just pick it up and throw it on the other side of the bed. When I laid back down, there was something circular and bumpy digging into my ear. I pulled it out from under my head and examined the familiar, yet unknown item in my hand. It was a black beaded bracelet, that looked like it was too small for his wrist. I tried sliding it on my wrist and the beads rolled down my hand on the little string they were connected by. Blue letters popped up. Oh my god. He still had this? I figured he would have thrown it away or something. I had mine on too. The bracelet he gave me way back when. I must have been smiling like a good, because Trinity laughed at me.

"What's up with you, dork?"

"Oh, nothing, I just realized that Luke is probably the most amazing thing that has ever happened to me."

"Wait, do you like him? You can't, like him. Oh my god, Teegan, what are we going to do with you?"

"No Trinity, he is practically my brother. I would never date him. I'm just saying that he brought me on tour and I met the boys and then I met you and it's been great."

"Phew, I thought that we were going to have some kind of 'Twilight' action. Mikey can be Edward and Luke can be Jacob. I can she this being a thing."

"You're so stupid, oh my god." The boys walked in with towels and a wet Hamlet.

"Hamlet, come here!" I patted the bed so that he would jump up and get it wet.

"Oh, really? I have to sleep there."

"I'll keep it warm for you. Oh, and, I don't know you still have this."

"Yeah, I don't usually wear bracelets, but I keep it with me all the time." I held up my wrist and showed him mine.

"Aw, twinsies!" Michael made fun of us.

"Oh you're just jealous."

"Actually, I'm not, because I have a better relationship with you than Luke." He kissed my nose. I'm very happy with all of the relationships I have.
