Chapter-19

Vikram's POV

'I want a gown,' I said as soon as me and Tamanna went to the ladies section in the mall.

'Wow! You are buying dress for me?' She asked and I gave her an angry look and she stopped her nonsense.

'Size sir?'

'Medium size and I want a red gown.'

Sales lady went to bring few gowns and Tamanna started irritating me by pestering me to tell her for whom I was buying the dress but I never replied her. Finally she came with few gowns.

She showed me a gown.

'No...This will reach up to her thighs,' I said and gave the dress as it was beautiful but very short.

She showed me another dress.

'It is backless,' I said and gave it back to her.

'Vikram, just buy her a sack and gift. You are really irritating me and I don't even know for whom you are buying,' Tamanna said getting irritated.

Sack... yes that's a good idea. She will be fully covered and anything will look beautiful on her.

'Don't tell me you are thinking of giving her a sack,' Tamanna said and before I could reply anything we heard the voice of sales lady.

'I think this is the dress you are looking for,'  Sales lady said and showed us a gown and after one look I knew it was perfect for her and she will be looking gorgeous in it.

Ruhani's POV

After coming from the mall my whole Sunday ruined. How can he enter the ladies washroom and behave like that with me?

But the main question was why was I feeling like my whole body was on fire when he touched me?
Why was my body craving for his touch?

I never felt like this before.

'Me and your mom are going for evening walk, princess,' Dad said as they were leaving the house.

'Okay dad,' I said and locked the door after they left.

To distract my mind I was watching some movie when suddenly the door  bell rang.

I went and opened it to see Mohan uncle standing in front of me.

'Hello uncle, please come inside.'

'No, I just came to give this packet, sir had sent these for you,' he said and handed me a packet, bid me goodbye and left.

I opened the packet to see a beautiful red mermaid gown. It was full sleeves and had lace work on it. I had fallen in love with it as soon as I saw it.

There was also a note inside the packet in which it was written :-

'Red looks beautiful on you.'

Anaya was right.

I had fallen in LOVE with the DEVIL.

After two months

'Tomorrow is 1st March and we will be going to Chennai for a  meeting,' Devil came in my cabin and informed me.

Oops! I totally forgot.

'Yes, I remember,' I lied with confidence.

'Pack all the necessary things,' he said and left.

It was the month of March, finally I spent days or months avoiding him. When I realized I love him I decided to avoid him as I cannot come between him and Tamanna.

Maybe he did not officially announced they were couples but I think, no, in fact I know they are together.

It always hurt me to see them together in office, or at home but I controlled my emotions.

I decided to spend more time with my friends and family and talk with him only regarding office matters.

We never talked about the day in mall or that beautiful gown. I only talked with him professionally and directly go to bed after dinner but one thing remained the same he used to come and wake me up every morning.

Between all these one good thing happened and that was me and Max became very good friends and shared most of the things with each other like our family, our hobbies and many other thing.

Vikram's POV

I don't know why Angel started avoiding me suddenly. The day she came home after spending weekend in her house she totally changed.

She never used to talk with me anything beside work and the worst thing was she was growing close to that a$$hole . I knew he liked her but she was too innocent to notice it. I don't even know why she was behaving like this but I hope this trip gives me some answers.

'Wake up or we will be late,' I woke her up, the next morning, as we will be late if we will not leave in few hours.

'You never let me sleep,' he said and I chuckled.

'Angel, wake up or I will kiss you,' I said with a smirk and she suddenly woke up.

'No, you can't do that,' she shouted.

I hope I will be the one to do that, and not that jěrķ.

'Come downstairs in half an hour otherwise we will be late and this is the good way to wake you up everyday,' I said with a smirk and left.
