CHAPTER ONE: NAUGHTY KINDERGARTENERS

*FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL*

I sat all by myself in one corner of the classroom, about to open my Tasmanian devil lunchbox.

“Hey, you!” My attention immediately drifted to a blonde chubby kid with blue eyes.

I wondered if he wanted to be friends with me but all he did was stare at my unlocked lunchbox which revealed an egg sandwich, an apple and a small carton of milk.

“Give that to me.” He demanded.

“Which one?” I’m not that greedy you know.

“All of it.” He smiled greedily.

What the?

“Uh…” So much for trying to make friends…

“Niall, what are you doing?” A brown-haired kid suddenly appeared beside him.

“She won’t give me her food!” The blonde kid whined.

“What did I tell you about asking for other people’s food?” The brown-haired kid with a nametag that read ‘Louis’ shook his head.

“All you’ve got to do is… take it. Stop wasting time, kiddo.” And with that said, Louis took my lunchbox with him, pinched Niall’s cheek and then the two of them left together hand in hand with my Tasmanian devil lunchbox.

Wow… I’m speechless.

*DAY THREE*

I felt so happy and free as I swung back and forth on the swing while the other kids played with each other on the playground right after class. I was waiting for my mommy to pick me up.

I just love the swing… it feels as if I’m really flying!

I picked up on my swinging pace up to the point that I couldn’t control it anymore… that’s when I accidentally hit a boy of my age with my feet as my swinging distance got farther.

His back was facing me then so all I could see was the back of his curly hair. His face landed on the grass.

Right after that, two other kids drew closer to me then gripped either side of my swing to put me into a halt.

“Are you blind or just stupid?!” The curly-haired boy faced me right after getting up from the ground.

“Neither.” Was my honest answer… duh. How dare he insult me!

“Liam, Zayn, hold her up!” The curly boy ordered but before they could get a hold of me, I took off as fast as I could without ever looking back.

*DAY 10*

As much as I tried my very best to avoid the ‘bullies’, they still caught up with me one day.

My mom tied my hair into a full braid that day and I should’ve known that that was a bad idea since the curly-haired boy who turns up to be Harry, was carrying a pair of scissors with him.

He was sitting right behind me in class and just like that, my hair went off.

The next thing I knew, five boys circled around me as I remained glued on my seat.

“Now you’re ugly without your long silky hair floating around!” That Harry kid insulted.

“You look like a boy!” Louis laughed and the rest of them followed.

I ended up crying like a baby for the rest of the day all because someone just called me ugly and my hair’s all gone.

In conclusion to my story, I had a very tough childhood wherein they continued to bully me up until my family had to move during the half semester of my 7th grade.

I don’t even want to talk about what happened at the last day I bid my farewell to all.
